Yeah i dont know about here just something about their customer service which i guess is difficult is keep up when theres only 1 person but the other day i went in there bought a couple cases of seltzers waters. When i finished paying i asked the cashier who was a older lady if i could have a bag since i will be walking up a hill with these 2 cases a bag would help out. She looked at me with so much attitude like bag? If you wanted a bag you shouldve said something before you paid. I didnt realize you had to pay for a bag i guess? Anyways she proceeded to say its too late now. I just dont like people telling me its too late now like im about to carry this stuff mad far you cant hook me up with a bag?

While in line witnessed two employees bickering at each other with no concern of customers hearing this. I was so appalled and couldn't believe that this was going on and they were doing this in front of their customers. Wanted to call a manager but I believe the manager did come and did nothing!!! Poor customer service!!!

I always like this Rite Aid. I've never had a problem with them. The workers are nice and helpful. The store is always clean. I love buying the ice cream. :)

I have been getting my prescription here only because it's close to my home. The only consistency is that every month since September 21 is they have screwed up my medication. Every month my doctor sends them a prescription, every month I call to, confirm that they have received it, every month, I call again to ask them when it will be ready, every month they give me a date to come in to receive it and every month it's not ready. Why? Because EACH MONTH they don't order the medication. So they don't have enough. This causes me to have to come to Rite Aid 2 or 3 times a month to pick up medication they should have had ready in the first place. Each month they have the exact same excuses. 1. It's the manufacture's fault for not sending it. 2. The delivery company is late. 3. This was done by the former Pharmacist. 4. We have new people, they are still training (after 6 months'). 5. Notes to have it ready, we're not put in by the staff. If they can't even get a simple order correct and on time. How can you be sure that they put the correct medicine in the correct bottle? I have contacted Rite Aid directly, the VP told me "I am not going to retrain staff for that." If you care about your health get your medicine somewhere else. If you need Toilet Paper, Cheap Make Up, Off brand alcohol or Cigarettes then Rite Aid is your store.

Customer service at this pharmacy is horrible. The pharmacy technician or clerk will give you the runaround and extremely unhelpful. There is a new pharmacy technician they just hired; a woman in her late 20s or early 30s with the frizzy, let-down hair is there to not do customer service, but to drive the customers away. She has this condescending tone and super unprofessional. I was supposed to pick up some antibiotics eyedrops for my mom (post operative care). The doctor already sent in the electronic prescription 2 days in advance because it's important and to make sure that they got it ready for pickup after surgery since it is very important for the eye to heal properly. I came to pick up 2 days after the prescription was submitted and it's still not ready. She then got upset at me for going there to pick it up and asked "WHO TOLD YOU TO COME HERE ? DID SOMEONE CALL YOU? We are backed up and will not have it ready until another 6 days or so. The way she delivered the message, the way she raised her voice, just nasty. Who talks like that? I normally just assume people are having bad days , but wow the level of unprofessionalism is just appalling. Now, my mom still has blood dripping out of her right eye and still no antibiotic eyedrops. Seriously, who hired this woman and if you hate your job so much that you have to take it out on someone, then quit or find something else to do.
