Ronda took my face and revitalized it!! She removed 75% of my moles (only because that's all I could afford at the time) and helped my face heal and skin tones blend. She has me looking 5 years younger!! She is so skilled and professional!! I recommend her to everyone!!

I am so grateful that these wonderful services are in Pittsburg California. Folks fly to LA for these luxurious services. The atmosphere and the ambience is delightful. Ginnie makes everyone feel very special, well cared for and is so skilled in a host of revitalizing services. Ronda has done remarkable repair on some damaged areas of my face. I no longer have to hide behind makeup in a less than satisfactory effort o conceal problem skin. Revitalize Yoga and Wellness is a blessing. Beverly

As an esthetician I thought it would be great to be pampered by another and decided to have a facial by Ronda. She not only took care of my skin needs but also showed me her passions for her work, something so very rare nowadays. She is friendly, engaging, knowledgeable about all the aspects of skin care and goes that extra mile for the client. Needless to say I am hooked and happy to be in good hands!!!

I would give this place 0 stars if I would. First of all, I purchased a Groupon for botox back in fall of 2017. I confirmed before purchasing that they take Saturday appts. Every single time I made a Saturday appt the receptionist would call me the day prior to cancel and reschedule. This went on until just last week. After my Groupon had expired they told me they would honor it since they repeatedly cancelled. When I got there they would not honor my Groupon I had to pay out of pocket the Groupon price to them directly then try to get my money back from Groupon for the Groupon that I already purchased which became expired due to their unprofessional habitual cancellations. When I finally received my treatment the technician kept whipping my face from the botox that was dripping from the syringe onto my skin with every single injection. I have never seen this happen and I've been getting botox for years. Needless to say I have seen zero results and have left messages several times with no response. No I one ever picks up the phone either. Don't waste your time or money on this place.They are a total unprofessional ripoff with amateur technicians that have no clue how to treat people aesthetically. Another update. I received a voice mail from Jenny on Saturday 4/28 asking if she could reschedule to make things right. To call her back to reschedule my service. I have since left 2 messages for a call back. I finally got the receptionist this morning on the line who was extremely rude. I told her I was returning a call from Jenny and then she proceeded to ask my name when I told her she rudely told me that I left a bad review on yelp and Jenny was calling about that. I told her I have a voice mail with Jenny, the nurse practitioner on specifically asking if they could make this right by re doing my service. She told me no that was not accurate she left the wrong message. I have never witnessed such unprofessional people that run a business. PLEASE no matter what kind of deal this place if offering, don't waste your money. They will take your money and provide you with zero results. I suggest anyone who has had a horrible experience report this company to the better business bureau as I did.

Terrible business .. Owner refused to refund my $450.50 after not providing the service I paid for. She stated they don't refund but have proof they do.. After several complaints and emails for months she refunded $399 in a check that was from another company with name crossed out and they're company name hand written.. My bank called the number on the chk and they had no idea who they were and refused to cash it.. I returned chk and requested a full refund back to the acct which it was deducted. They after 3 months refunded partial pmt of $399. To date after still more emails and complaints I have yet to receive the $50.50 deducted . I will continue to report on any reporting company's about Revitilize until the deducted amount is refunded back to me. They are THIEVES and I hope no one else has to deal with this cheating g lying owner.,

Had an amazing facial from Rhonda... wow... she made me feel so good... my skin is soft and hydrated...i even got one of her hand crafted face creams! You have got to go there and try them out!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I purchased a beauty package earlier in the month. I called 7x and never got a hold of anyone. They called me back twice but I was in work meetings, when I called back an hour later, no one picked up. I contacted Groupon and they said I should hear from the business in 4 days. Oh and after complaining to Groupon again, it's going to take 10 days to get my $ back. Super unprofessional and no way to run a business. Run the other way.

I started a series of 3 laser tattoo removals months ago, after no progress whatsoever, I was told that my last session will be canceled and a refund will be issued and will arrive in 10business days (max) It's been a whole month & still nothing! Every time I call the tech isn't there, but my message will be given to her, I'm tired of this game, giving it one more week!

I am extremely upset with this place, it's staff and it's service. I purchased a 3 session laser tattoo removal package for a tattoo measuring 4mm. I have had 3 previous sessions for the same tattoo (at a different facility) and it was about half way gone. On my first session with Revitalize, I noticed no difference at all in my tattoo, I expressed this concern when I went for my second session. The tech, just brushed me off and continued. After 2 sessions in this place, my tattoo is EXACTLY the same. I have been calling them to see what settings they're using because I cannot understand how after 2 sessions, my tattoo is exactly the same, when after 3 sessions @ the other facility removed half of it. Every time I call, the tech isn't available, they don't have my information and/or try to sell me a bs story. It has been 3 weeks now and no one has my information and I have yet to speak to the tech.
