Worst customer service around. Messed up an online order, I mentioned the inconvenience and they promised me a $150 e-gift card but I did not receive it. I've called 4 times to see when I can expect it and they say it will be emailed in 24 hours It never arrived. I spend on average $30,000 annually. Embarrassing to say the least. I'll be taking my business to Lowes in the future.

We had a large will call order. Makayla at customer service desk helped us. She was excellent. She was patient and very professional. It shows the caliber of person she is. Thanks, Home Depot for having such a proficient employee.

Laurie from flooring is the best! She is knowledgeable, helpful and patient with my cellular shades purchase. She went above and beyond to have everything correct when there was an error in measurement for one of the windows by the third party window measurement guy. During this process, I met other associates and they all were very helpful!

Order Number: WJ36793627 I recently had the pleasure of using the online curbside pick up service at Home Depot for the first time. I had ordered (2) work boxes and the experience was made even better by the assistance I received from a young woman whose name unfortunately escapes me. I wanted to take a moment to express my gratitude for her exceptional customer service. From the moment she greeted me with a warm smile, I could tell that she genuinely cared about providing a positive experience. She went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of and accommodated all my needs. Although I cannot recall her name, I would greatly appreciate it if Home Depot could check their records using my customer pick up number, which is Order Number: WJ36793627, to identify the employee who assisted me that morning. I believe it is important for the manager to know that they have a true asset on their team. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the curbside pick up service provided by Home Depot, and this outstanding employee made the experience even more remarkable. I will definitely continue using this service in the future, thanks to her professionalism and dedication. Thank you once again to the young woman who helped me, and to Home Depot for employing such exceptional individuals. Keep up the good work!

After paying for a propane tank exchange waited out front 7 minutes and no one showed up, ok fine went back in to ask for help ok fine we will send someone right out 8 minutes later no show, went back in 5 minutes later young man comes out, didn't say a word just got the tank and took my empty one, I said thank you he nodded his head didn't say a word! What happened to common courtesy? Lack of respect for customers? Manager needs to train these young people the value of common courtesy

if you think HD has poor customer services and helpless employees you never realize how bad this location is. no forklift drives on the weekends no one help you to find what you're looking for, the floor employees always avoiding you to help you is ridiculous how people get pay here for they work

We had a delivery scheduled for a new freezer on Thursday. Dec. 22nd between 6AM to 8 PM (14 hours) we waited all day for the delivery and kept checking our order status which showed out for delivery. Finally at 6:30 PM I called the store to check on delivery and I was told the truck that was making the delivery never showed up!! No phone call or nothing what kind of delivery service do they have?? They rescheduled delivery for after Christmas which sucks because this was a Christmas gift. Any good manager would find a way to get our freezer delivered. I will never buy from Home Depot again

Military discount is only for selected items. I search on their website but I don't see it says only selected items but what I read was up to $400.00 discount a year for active and veterans

Ordered appliances for a new home several months in advance. Called to confirm delivery date one week prior all set on time. Called day before delivery to confirm and all set yet delivery did not come and I was told to wait almost one more month as the computer didn't give the delivery company any date. Asked for a supervisor and was told there's no supervisor. Asked where the appliances were. The appliances were in a closeby warehouse and told I could not arrange to get them myself. So, a month without necessary refrigerator and using an ice chest daily forced me the expense to buy a small refrigerator and use a laundromat. Icing on the cake was no response from Home Depot on written complaints by mail, be case nimber they assigned via email, nor any of my phone calls. Was given in writing original invoice with delivery date that was correct yet zero help on this and no apology.

So we are fixing up two homes and got the worst treatment from two Home Depots, this particular incident involves the Pittsburg one. We are getting carpet installed. I set up a guy to measure, he comes out, is on time and quick. I call Home Depot and the lady says it's okay to come in Saturday morning to pick out the carpet. So we go in Saturday, it's 9am and we wait by the carpet area. And we wait and wait and wait. I stopped four different employees and asked them if they could get someone to help us. Each one said they would and went on about their business completely ignoring my request and their promise to help. So let me reiterate - each one of these four employees lied. They did nothing. At the minimum they could have come back and said "there is no one" but they didn't even try and find out. They just made the claim they'd get someone and then did nothing. We see other (much smarter than us apparently) people come and wait for someone to help in carpeting and then leave. It's about 10:15 now and I"m fuming because we've wasted an hour-15 sitting around like morons for nothing. I go to the paint section and get a guy to get a manager. This of course takes another 15 minutes. A guy named Jay finally shows up. He says no one is working in carpeting on Saturday morning. Yet the person on the phone told us to go in and 4 other employees claimed they'd get someone instead of telling us no one works there on Saturday morning. I'm so furious I can't see straight. So Jay offers to help. He's surprised we've already had the measurements done. I ask about some carpet. Now keep in mind, when I first started looking I talked to a guy in carpeting who said it would take about 2 weeks to get the carpets we need and the installation can be done right away. I ask Jay about the carpet - he says "oh gee, I don't know if we have any of this in stock, it will take four or more weeks to get it." Completely different story than the first guy said. Then he says "but over here, we have our 'in stock' carpet, it's not as nice but it's in stock." So we go look at that. I'm ready to be done. I ask about one carpet. Jay literally says "well, I'm not sure we have it in stock." You f'ing asshole, you literally just told me this was the "in stock" carpet. I'm not happy. I say I'm done and want a refund for the measurement guy coming out, we wouldn't use Home Depot if you offered us free service at this point. He goes to give me my refund and of course, as is always the case at Home Depot, the computers are not working. Big shock. He says he'll do the refund later in the day. I have to keep checking my account during the week to make sure it's done and it was. So I'm done with Home Depot and it turns out we need some closet doors so stupid me thinks "well, Home Depot can't screw this up." I go in, look at some doors, then later in the day call their doors department. I speak to a guy who is so nonchalant and clearly doesn't want our business. He tells me he's not sure what's in stock or how long it will take to get it or how long it will take to install and literally everything you'd say to make sure you don't get our business. I swear this guy did NOT want our money. I can't remember a guy who didn't give two sh!ts about what he was supposed to be selling like this guy. That's it. Done. No Home Depot. Ever. Worst company ever. If they offered me free service, I'd say no. I got a phone call about a month later from them asking how the carpet went and I'm flabbergasted. I explain what happened and the lady says I need to call Customer Service at corporate and let them know. I tell her I don't want anything from Home Depot but she says they still need to know. So I call and talk to someone, explain everything, she was very nice and says someone will contact me. I don't really care because I won
