For a diesel truck under smog check guide by Bureau of automotive repair you don't need carb# or permit # for this part. I requested to the technician to please show me the rules and regulations and he denied. I sat on my car an searched for smog check manual and I also call the bureau to verify the technician mistake and I was told the smog check has to have the smog check manual, just like the one I got denied to see. Technician agreed with guidelines of not need carb# but excuse was the he was told by someone not to follow the manual guidelines. To anybody who has used this service and had a similar problem you should report to bureau of consumer affairs. I think they are trying to scam to get extra money by having to repeat the smog check.

The guy doing the Smog, certainly isn't Warm and Fuzzy, we'll say. Maybe he was just ready to go home. The price was decent.

Will never go to this place again. The smog guy was very rude. Walked in to talked to him and he started being very rude calling me stupid. Business lost.

I went to Pittsburg Smog because it was close to my job. The technician was very thorough and attentive to the car before me and my my car. He explained the process before he conducted the service. I am very satisfied with this service.Service: Smog certification

I got good customer service came in wait about 18 minutes so the person in front of me get done the smog check , and then he start doing my after 20 minutes all done get my copy of my smog check, good customer service and fast thank you definitely l come back again for my next car,,

when getting a smog check done drivers license is not a requirement they turned me away because I didn't have my license with me. they are very rude theres more then 8 places with in 1 mile radius and I would try one of those this place didn't even make it to my last resort list....

The gentleman at the front desk was very kind and helpful, this was only my second time getting my own car smogged. I was surprised to learn that he was the same person to pull my car around and the same person doing smog testing. This one man shop had my car in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and it was $5 less than the last spot I went to 5 stars all the way around
