I bought a thermostat for my car because the check engine light came on.the lady looked up my make year and model of the car and proceeded to show me the options to choose from.when I told her which one I wanted she went to get it and came back with it,took it out the box to show me and it came in a bag I didn't suspect nothing cause she works there and is supposed to know the parts.I was told to return it and buy the one from the dealer ship so when I went to return it turned out that I couldn't cause supposedly that wasn't their part. I decided to speak with the lady that sold me part and told her that she opened the box and even saw the bag but didn't say nothing. then she processes to lie and say"I didn't open the box and see a bag even if I did I would've sort of remembered".then a worker named Eddie said "that's a part from Amazon we can't do nothing about is boss" so the quote on quote right thermostat they sold me magically grew legs and replaced it's self with a part from Amazon.SHITTY workers if they knew it wasn't their part why wouldn't they say something about it before selling it

My wife's sister needed a headlight bulb or fuse. She went in with another female friendThe older guy that did not help her was rude,disrespectful, and told her the bulbs were on an aisle and pointed instead of assisting her.We went to Autozone right next door and as soon as we walked in, we were assisted with no problems.The Oreilys employee needs to be put on blast.

The worst customer service at Commercial department, been doing business with O’Reilly for long time but just moved recently from Concord to Pittsburg that an idiot working there claiming he is the manger or his dad owns the company telling people FU and not help “saying fraud policy”

Talking about customer service , which this place doesn't have any ! Especially your employee name brian ! He was helping me get an oil but it seems like he just woke up or something cuz he didn't even tell me where to get the item. I'm giving them 3 star cuz another employee was semi awake with long hair actually helped me getting the other item I need. Make sure you tell your employees to have a good night sleep the night before their shift! Also side note for brian to refrain about what kind of burrito he ate that upset his stomach last night.

I came to this store and before I could even walk in the the door the cashier and I'm assuming manager were standing outside sizing me up. Got instant all eyes on me feel like I was going to run out with a car batter in my pants. In all honesty I had accidentally went to this poor excuse for a auto store thinking it was the AutoZone across the street.
