This seems like a nice metro store but I wish I could get a hold of someone but otherwise this is a great metro store so far. I would love it if someone picks up the phone to be honest

Went to get the deal for the iPhone 11. The phone is free when transferring a phone number but you pay $25 activation, minimum $65 monthly plan, and 8.9% tax for the phone totaling & $131 out the door. The very rude and dry sales rep “JANET” added another $50 she couldn’t explain and increased the activation fee to $50. Dry”JANET” added $100 to the purchase and was unwilling to explain where the charges came from.

If you want a professional knowledgeable person to help you with your purchase, DO NO GO TO CENTURY BLVD PITTSBURG CA LOCATION!Victoria, whom i was told was the “assistant manager” should not be working with the public let alone have anything to do with the word manager next to her name. She was ignorant, unprofessional and rude. The manager there seemed so proud that this idiotic woman was his assistant manager, but then again, he didn’t know much either. I guess having a couple questions for Victoria regarding the camera on the iPhone 13 was just too much to ask of her, she rolled her eyes because she had to walk 3 feet over to me to DO HER JOB!I was the only customer in that store and was treated this way. I left and went to the Pleasant Hill location and gave them my $1500.00. Do not go to this location!To whomever owns this location, you really need to re evaluate who is working for you, because the employees who are there now are losing you money! They are horrible!!

Never ever buy a phone from their webasite- the stores will not support it and customer service is a mess. The support number always sounds like they are taking calls from a party or basketball game. I have called over 30 times and only 1 person seems to even know anything about trouble shooting. They send you to the store then the store says they will not help you because you bought the phone from the Metro Website. Their service is TERRIBLE. Support staff clueless. I am waiting for a credit for a defective phone for over a month after I have proof they recieved it. I will never,ever do bussiness with them again. Shame on them- worst service ever.

I've had my differences with Metro Stores there's two on here that have extremely bad reviews. But the kid that helped me in this store was absolutely fantastic. He helped me find just the right phone. And then introduce me to another sale they had going on which was beneficial especially right before Christmas. I ended up getting a couple more tablets for my nieces for Christmas. I love the phone that I got it's very impressed with this store I think it's a corporate store. There's another store in Concord that I do like to. So it seems to be the stores that makes a difference. And this is one of the best. I've been here once before to get another phone and it was a great phone too. So I'm real happy with this Metro.

Liked the prompt service but they sold me 2 generic chargers and promised they'd work on my phone and tablet. They don't. They charge in reverse wasting what little charge I have left. What a joke. I have to go back to Pittsburg to return them. The last time I bought a charger it was $10, the name brand chargers were over $60. I see "Metro by T-Mobile" responded. That's a nice thought, but I went back, paid the $60 for name brand chargers. Before bed I plugged in my devices and the brand new charger cord has a short in it. Now I have to make another trip to Pittsburg to get a replacement cord. Lots of miles on the road and my time as well. I'm going to ask them to plug the new one in and verify that there's no short before I walk out the door.

Honestly wish i can give no stars out of my whole almost 10 years of having service with metro this store seemed to mess my account all up the female dogs that work there are trash and give out attitudeThey didnt wanna admit to there wrong doing so they blammed customer service on the phone no im the wrong one to mess with .

I needed help purchasing a new phone and switching numbers from one carrier to metro for my stepdad and got amazing service!!! Went in there pretty clueless on what to do or how to go about it but Vanessa Garay was on top of it all! I really appreciate her help in saving me money because I didn't know I was paying more than I needed to. She helped me get the best price. Definitely recommend coming in and talking to Vanessa with any phone service needs. She will make sure you get the help you need no matter what it takes by her side Yesenia also helped along to make sure everything was done in the correct manner THANKS VANESSA AND YESENIA!!!

Amazing service from Janice, made my visit twice a wonder and Kiki had a great smile made my day today. This MetroPCS store rocks and I'm speaking for myself but highly recommend this store and it's the holidays a lot of peeps are cray cray at this time but they manage this store well. Have a wonderful Christmas season and a bright year ahead! Surprisingly their speed browsing is faster than my old carrier!

SCAMMERS! Be aware I went there to switch my line and get a new phone, they offered me a case for the phone and they said it was free so I took it and the total was a bit more than usual with tax but I paid and left. I checked the receipt when I got home and guess what!? They charged me $30 for the phone case, yes you read it right, $30 for a (FREE) phone case!!!
