So ghetto. Car has been broken into. Mice. Pools are disgusting. Totally misleading. They get you to sign a 64 page lease , counting on nobody reading it. All kinds of clauses that put you in violation of your lease. Then you're basically stuck in hell until your lease runs out.
TOTALLY DISGUSTING
Think again if you're thinking of moving in here. Unless you like to be manipulated.

Eliseo and manny are about the 2 nicest people at KIRKER ! Eliseo is always so nice greeting and always cleaning up around the gym which I use daily and if there’s any concerns he’ll clean anything up right away for you . Manny does the maintenance and he’s the best one as he gets the job done quickly and efficiently.

It's been a horrible experience here and terrifying! I'm a medical professional and I don't like mice! I have caught several had to move out before lease was up and no compensation from apartment after several emails regarding the issue. Pest control came out and I still caught mice after that! I would not advise anyone to move here unless they like living with Rodents!

As a tenant who pays that much rent I expect things to be taken care off and it’s just not the case. These are the problems living here:
- dumpsters constantly overflowing which attracts all sorts of pests
- roach problem in the apartments
- the gym is not taken care off, the second treadmill has been broken for half a year, the bicycle machine is missing an arm rest and the worst THE AC hasn’t been working in weeks
- there is constantly strangers tailgating onto the property and I was recently followed by a creepy dude on my way to bring out the trash
- maintenance requests take forever or they just don’t show up at agreed time
- strangers are using the pool and bathrooms in the community area

Eliseo has been great, everything we have needed and or asked for he has taken care of and been very respectful. We always see him picking up trash and keeping our neighborhoods clean as well!

This is a paradise for non residents who use everything what I pay for it, but I have no chance just because of them. They are loud and rude. They just do not care, that you can not sleep during the whole summer. And the office managemant do not care either. Many-many reports and complain because of the " party pool " what non residents use. Nothing happens. Nothing! If your health is matter for you, do not move here!

Most of the time it is a quiet community. There were a few isolated times when neighbor's were not so polite and considerate to others. On one occasion there was a domestic violence incident at the pool. At the moment I did not feel very safe. Many other occasions there were rule violations at the main pool that were not enforced. For example, drugs and alcohol use was often not policed. The entrance gate is often broke thru-out the year and with no on site security patrol, cars have been both vandalized and broken into.
