Linda is terrible she needs to retire smh she doesn't remember anything including appointments she scheduled days before an she also treat you different every year like she doesn't ever remember doing my taxes as she has been the last 6 years.I'm definitely switching over to a different taxe representative.

Elkanah Osiemo is not professional, nor should be handling any one's taxes. I uploaded all of my documents a month ago, was told that they were received. I had not heard anything, so I reached out a couple of weeks ago, with no response. So I reached out a few days ago again, and was told that my taxes had already been filed with another company. That other company files taxes due for a trust, not my personal W-2s and such. So I informed him that I still had the other documents I needed to be filed. He said he would go ahead and start the return, which should've been started a month ago, and here we are a week away from taxes being due. I called, Gabriella answered and then the call was either drop or I was hung up on. I continue to try and call back to no avail. I finally got a hold of her, she told me I should upload the other documents, when I explained all of this to her. She's beyond rude, they are unprofessional, and I'll never take my business there again.

My tax agent, Kristina Brown Maldonado, who filed my 2018 taxes in 2019 majorly screwed up and now I'm scrambling to fix everything. Turns out, she forgot to file any of the paperwork I sent her so I got hit with an incorrect $200k balance due AND did not receive $15k owed to me. I just got a notice for the large amount due last year and have been trying to fix it for months, all because she forgot to hit one button to attach my documents. Her carelessness has caused a major issue for me and I cannot express enough how terrible she is.
