This insurance and tax service are thief my brother was paying over $200 in car insurance now he went to progressive and he half , and also I did my income taxes with then and over charge with $480 from my return with out asking. Be careful if you go with then and do business?

TERRIBLE.!! I would never recommend this place, they offered me a premium for my car insurance and when I had already signed the policy with them they increased the payment double.

I want to give Brenda a five star review. She was excellent in her customer service, and she did exactly what I asked and needed and explained everything perfectly to the T I was her boss I would've gave her a raise. Keep up the good work girl.

I was a victim of a hit and run and I was denied coverage. They said that I purposely "misrepresented facts" on my policy. They claim that under my policy, I didn't list that I live with my mother and cousin. Hence they were not on the excluded drivers list. The broker that sold me that policy is La Fiesta Auto Insurance, and they do not specify anything when you sign your policy. They charged me $600 to "open a policy," and then I came to find out that other insurance companies don't charge even half of that amount. Worst experience ever. From National General to La Fiestas Auto Insurance, I can tell you from experience that they will steal your money. I would never suggest anyone do business with them.

Real bad experience all the time placing me on hold. I've even had to pay late fees because they never answer the phone. Ariana Orozco took my payment real bad experience with her she gave the worst attitude, and yelled at me how they are shot staffed. Rudy Pineda ,Jose Gaytan I worked for you guys in Fairfield.Please do something about the people you guys are hiring. The worst experience with Ariana Orozco at the San Pablo office.
