CHEAP Disposable furniture. Bought a sectional couch and within a few months the recliners broke and the chaise lounger is all lumpy and you sink halfway to the floor. You can see the cheap quality materials used to make the couches. Never again

This place is terrible ! I should have listen to reviews and stayed away from this place. Henry the "manager" is not professional at all and not fair. I give this place zero stars. I purchased a sectional couch 11/1/23 in the morning and scheduled for same day delivery. When delivery drivers arrived to my house they were struggling to get couch through door. At some point during there struggle the couch had a rip/tear along the side. I told delivery drivers I can't accept the couch as it is damaged. So they took it back I go back to the store to get my refund and Henry wants to subtract 140$ from my full refund for me returning the couch. Saying that he cannot provide me the full refund because I am returning it. I told him I am returning it because your delivery drivers damaged it! He did not provide me with my full refund. Stay away from this place I suggest going to Ashley furniture better prices and better costumer service and also better delivery service. I also don't want to hear the excuse from the business saying "Please understand that we are just a retailer not a manufacturer" that is all nonsense this place is no good STAY AWAY! Henry also would love and prefer if you pay cash so you can get a tax free discount, but that is just a scam they just want you to pay cash so it looks like they never sold anything, so when the business does there taxes it looks like they didn't sell much for the year.

****DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT****Buy a mattress from here!! I paid $466 for a Queen. It is my fault due to me not testing this bed when I purchased it because he is a filthy ill-mannered man, who really could not care-a-less whether you buy from him or not, but I needed something quick. The mattress is cheap. No support on mattress, sinks in the middle, tilts to the side. I need to sell it asap, so I can buy a new QUALITY mattress.NEVER AGAIN

Went in looking for a mattress. We lost our layaway receipt for a couch from 2018. Henry was able to pull his paper records and find it. Since we no longer wanted the couch, he was able to give us store credit for the memory foam mattress(had to pay the difference). If they give you a good deal, take it. That deal can be gone. We'll definitely return in the future for more furniture.

DO NOT buy anything from this store if you are expecting any form of customer service!! I bought a great looking L-shaped couch in past August. Initially the Vietnamese store employee told me "Don't worry about anything, my delivery staffs are pros! They will take care of everything." My family and I fell in love with the couch and how affordable it was, but it went downhill from there. About 3 weeks later, 2 delivery guys show up, starts arguing with each other from the get go. One of the them, middle aged Asian guy was very rude, either he was just ignoring me when I spoke to him or could barely understand English. They tell me the couch was really heavy and that they only sent 2 people to do a 4 people job. I was trying to be sympathetic, but the Asian guy's aggressive attitude just killed it for me. He told me my couch will have to come through the patio and the window. I was fine with it until the Asian guy started driving his truck like a mad man and came very close to hitting the side of the apartment building few times. When I asked the guy to stop and listen to what I say, he simply just said "You want your couch or do I just go?" That made me more upset. I finally decided to call the store and had the store employee talk to him in his native language. I was in turn told let them do their work and they will assure me that nothing will be damaged. I ended up helping to hoist up the couch to my patio from the ground (my apartment unit's on the 2nd floor) as well as removing the plastic wrapping around the couch. (So much for them being pros, I never heard of customers helping the delivery guys set up) At this point I just wanted these guys out of my place ASAP, so I decided to pitch in to help set up the couch. Needless to say, it was a horrendous experience. My family and I were finally enjoying our brand new couch and about a week later, my wife found a tear in a seam on one of couch cushions. When I called the store about the warranty, I was initially told "call back after 4pm, I don't speak English." Then after few calls later I was simply told there wasn't anything the store can do as this is "natural wear and tear from normal usage" I couldn't believe wear and tear can happen from using a couch for a full week! Mind you it wasn't like we were jumping up and down the couch. I admit, the pricing in this store is very affordable and enticing, but I would pay a little more and shop elsewhere. Stay away!!

Hello do not every buy from this company they are scam artists I bought a couch from them and ny couch started coming apart after the first week. they said they would give me another price which was laso damaged then they said they spexiale ordered my couch and could have by mud June it's now two weeks left in July and I have not received anything. I have since reported this company to the better business because people deserve to have good quality furniture not crap falling apart.

I bought a sectional in September 2020. I ordered a greenish and received a grey. I was having a small safe gathering the next day..and the grey did match my decor os I kept it. 6mos later I noticed the couch was dipping in the middle and I was told when I purchased it was under a 1 year warranty. There are onlu 2 people living in my home so its not dat on alot. When I called to let them know I was told the only the cushions are under warranty. I. Was very disappointed...and would never go back. So $1,200 wasted.!!!
