I come here to charge my EV. The restroom is supposedly OUT OF ORDER. I asked the Security Guard where to go. McDonalds or piss around the building. This is not a solution! What if I were a woman? Can they piss around the building? This is a DISSERVICE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS! At least put a port a potty that is LOCKED outside that is WELL LIT to be used by your customers and then have the clerk hide the key. McDonald's closes at 10:00pm where are we going to go to use the restroom? It does not help there's a Homeless Tent encampment nearby which makes it more unsafe to be staying around the building.

For the second time this cashier has pissed me off! He blatantly ignored me as he was running receipts through. I was the only customer waiting as my husband was waiting to pump gas! I waited a very long time and my husband yelled what's going on? After the long wait I left! I find his behavior very inconsiderate and very unprofessional. The customer comes first and you always acknowledge pleasantly with a smile as you serve them. My money is good money and can be used elsewhere! Shame on Chevron!

I'm pretty surprised by all the negative reviews of this place. I stop in here fairly often and I've never had a problem with people inside or outside. I've always had friendly service inside this gas station's market and they have a huge selection of drinks and food. Fair enough prices on beer and wine too, plus it's convenient to get in and out of here.

In town visiting family and went inside Tower for some smokes and a redbull while the fams was in line at McDonalds. I run into this fat, rude, smelling like alcohol, "mejita"cashier who turns her nose up at me and my crispy new $100 bill on an $18 purchase. She tells me she "aint" a bank and gives me a hard time about everything. Even starts talking crap about one of the $1 bills. Shame that Tower lets ghetto bitches work at their place. I usually leave a more intelligent review but these rachets at Tower were just too much. Save yourself the aggravation if your driving through town and go somewhere else. The other tower on the otherside of the freeway has normal employees that act like your a valued customer and not one of their moms midnight johns.

Sketch. Sketch. Sketch. Sketch. And I ain't talkin' art school. The other day my sister walks in the front door of our home like our life is just another sitcom episode and says, "So I'm at this McDonald's drive-through by the gas station and someone starts shooting and--" And at this point there's just this robust, full-fledged, just healthy pause because... I mean you just don't start a conversation like that like it's nothing. We've left our Queenpin days behind us, y'know? "And I'm at the window but when the shooting starts this lady is in front of me, I guess checking her order--" (Again, not even the slightest indication that this is a problem. Desensitization is so damn messed up.) "And this cashier, well she hears it so she just closes the window on me!" (I'm not sure if my sister thought that for whatever McDonald's is paying her, this cashier should have flung herself out of the drive-through window, through the driver's window of my sister's vehicle so that in case my sister wasn't able to get her electric window to engage quickly enough, she would have some sort of backup assurance of protection from physical harm. No, it's cool sis, I'm sure her family will be fine without their daughter, mother and friend. But I digress.) After another good one minute with my hand over my mouth in this weird introspective pose and my eyes darting side to side, I finally ask my sister what happens next. "I duck down in my seat and just pull really sharply around the other car and get the hell out of there." Oh, Queenpin-isms. I'm sorry that I needed that much backstory to get to this review but, fast forward to this past Thursday. I'm in Pittsburg and being a cheapass I realize that my tank is going to be on E soon but there's this really cheap gas station in Concord. I don't like to drive on E, my grandma used to say it does something terrible to your car and she's dead now so I don't have any way of asking her what the hell it does and I'm not going to question the insight of the dead... Are you? So I decide that I'm going to stop at this gas station at around 5 in the morning, even though it's completely deserted and looks closed and abandoned and just plain eerie. I wasn't even sure if it was open but I was determined not to drive on E, remember? Even if it was just a few miles to Concord. So I pull up to the pump and saw that it didn't say closed but the spookiness was ridic. Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone scrambling to hide behind the back corner of the building when I got out of the car, so that pretty much did it for me, I needed to just hurry up and get out of there. But as I looked up I realized this was actually a McDonald's, too. And then I realized this was the McDonald's my sister had described. And then I really didn't give two f's what my grandma had told me when I was like 14 because, let's face it, she also told me a lady always shows restraint and one time I heard her whisper to my mom, "You want to take this outside?"

this place is horrible do not give them your business!!!!!!! i have had more then one problem here and there so called managers never want to do anything to help you out. i have paid for gas that has never gone into my tank and yet they swear it had. i had to go across the street to shell and pay for another full tank of gas 10 minutes later and they still didnt believe me. i called the manager and he basically told me i was full of s*** and was very rude and obnoxious! i hate this place and will never ever give them another dime of my hard earned money. if you are smart you wont either. put these f'ers out of business, they deserve it!!!!
