I was there in line to the Mexican restaurant there.And a Hispanic guy who got in line after me was getting helped before me. I feel like the ladies skipped me just because I'm white or something.It just felt weird that they weren't helping me when I was already waiting.

1 star because they have delicious food in their Cocina Mexican but as a person of Mexican decent myself,I am ashamed of their customer service. Many of my co-workers at my place of employment have shared the same concern. Some of their prices are reasonably priced. I just can't understand why such rude and dismissive service from the women/men that work
here. My daughter tells me to stop giving them my money, in other words stop shopping here
but honestly it's hard to find a good Mexican produce market out this way in Contra Costa, being that I resided in San Francisco. I hope they get their customer service together. Two stars because the meat department improved tremendously, they were very attentive and it looks like they hired new personnel in that area of the store. Now let's work on the rest of the store please. Thank you

I bought some toast two weeks ago and they were in poor condition from the Cardenas brand and had not yet expired. Today I bought chicken and it was in a state of decomposition and I understand that it is a trustworthy store?

Love this store. Grocery options and meats. The prepared food is delicious but the customer service always seems to be confused. Very disorganized.

The service is terrible. Getting premade food can take ages because they don't have enough people. Even then their workflow is bad. This lady Ester helped 5 people ahead of me when I was next in line at the burrito side. She saw me as she was finishing up an order head of me, then walked away and told me that she'd be back soon. She just kept helping other people. I asked her about it and she sent someone else to help me. The food is good but there are other markets on this street with prepared food that is as good if not better. It is only getting worse

I love the place although the entrance and exit is confusing with the cars, I remember when it was "MI PEOPLE" These visits lately have been organized and clean, the cashier was Latina and was friendly... They should open more boxes when they see lines and excess of products because the wait is a show. I know that has been a problem for years.

The people that work the meat department are very rude and the meat was really over priced. Also they could have cut thinner pieces of meat. We'll not be going back to there meat department every. Rude customer service and price of meat for really small pieces.

The owners should hire new managers because everyone there has a bad temper with customers, imagine with their employees...because they always come out with very angry faces, as if one is going to grab free things...when you are good, happy with your employees. They always go to work with enthusiasm...I went to buy something to eat and no one helped me, they just ignored me.
