Horrible business!!! Don’t spend your money here!!! I placed a order online and never got it, I had to go into the shop after a month of sending emails, and was told I would receive a refund and then I had to call back 5 days later and still no refund!!!! Bad business!!!

We worked with Belleci design for company baseball tee shirts, even with a strict deadline Belleci Designs was super cooperative! Definitely my go to spot when it comes to embroidery and screen printing. But they do it all. This is my 3rd big order from them and the quality is A1. Everyone there is welcoming especially Marisa one of the owners, she made sure my order was done correctly and done on time.

Had a terrible experience. Placed an order and was given confirmation that I would be contacted when it was finished. A month later, I called to follow up and was told that the order was never placed. REALLY! Within a whole month not one single phone call or follow up from them. I literally had to call myself, only to be told that the order was never placed and they couldn't follow up with me because they're super busy!

Needed something printed by a deadline and I had asked if they would be able to meet the deadline and they said yes. They said they would email me. I never got an email and called a week later. The lady told me she could not find the print on the computer (ok so why didn't you call or email to tell me). Then she said she would email me with the new design I wanted and never did. I canceled and got a refund. I've been to places that are reliable but I wanted to support my hometown business and was extremely disappointed. Communication via phone was not great either.

In my opinion This is the most unprofessional place of business I have ever dealt with. I ordered a sweater for my nephew and on the email receipt it says it was supposed to go to his house. When I called to figure out the status or to get the tracking number, we both came to the conclusion it was a misunderstanding and that it was suppose to be picked up at their office. when I said I was going to pick it up that same day, they said they didn't have it. They said they thought I picked it up already. When i asked to inform me who picked up no one could tell me who picked up. Their excuse was they thought I already picked up because in the comments i said for football player. At this point I was irate, and the lady I spoke with on the phone told me she was sorry she was scrambled from coming back from a leave of absence. Although I was frustrated I became empathetic and I allowed them to reorder a new hoodie without causing any stress on this lady. Day 23 they finally send me an email that my nephews hoodie was ready. When I responded back, the rep stated that she called me on the 7th. There are no voicemails from this business saying the bare minimum "hey your order is ready" nor do I have any email information on this purchase until today. In my opinion based off the experiences I have had with this business I can safely say that this business has no professionalism and no customer service skills.

what a total disappointment. Im absolutely heartbroken. my brother passed away & this is the only piece of clothing that I have of his, his favorite shirt & the last shirt I saw him in alive. I'm so upset w/ the r i p above the name. it clearly doesnt look like an I & its overlapping onto the P. it's not even leveled correctly if it was maybe it wouldn't overlap? I was told no refunds & if they did try 2 redo it it would ruin the shirt. I was also told it's my fault bc I selected this font. I didnt know & wasnt told the rip was going 2 be in gigantic capitals. if I knew that the I that looks like an L was this way, I wouldve never requested this font. not even an apology either. this company is supposed 2 be totally reputable & well-known, five stars? I can't believe this!
