Extremely pleased with the service and repair of my Generac portable generator. The generator was under warranty and needed to be repaired. A repair shop that was closer to my home could not perform the repair for a least 6 to 7 weeks. So I thought I would drive the 47 miles to Bay Saw & Tool Repair, who could look at the generator within the week, and boy was I glad I did. They made multiply efforts to communicate with the warranty company on my behalf keeping me informed along the way. I did have to encourage the warranty company to participate, but once they did the repair was approved and from that point the repair was performed in about 1 1/2 weeks. They even opened early for me so I could pick up my generator on the way to work. Generator runs great. All repaired parts were returned to me in boxes, the rolling cart I use to move the generator around was returned to me with a tag on it to remind everyone to save for the customer, attention to detail. Again, I am extremely pleased with the service I received and will use them again in the future, even if they are a drive from my home.

Very uneducated Phone customer service. It sounded as if I was talking to someone on a bar

This place is a poor repair place a few years ago I brought my Troy Bilt rotiller in for repair, they had it for months kept saying parts on order then when I did get it back it never ran normal, it was worst off than before. My recommendation is never ever take something you want repaired to them because it will never be the same again.

Took a Hilti concrete saw there for repair. Charged a fee to diagnose. That's fair, after months they called me and said they do not know what is wrong with it and they can't fix it. I go to pick it up and it is in hundreds of pieces. I ask them what they recommend I do now. They said bring it to someone who specializes in Hilti. I just turned around, walked out and left the saw. These people are seriously clowns. I'm sure Karma has already got them.

This place is a nightmare. Worst experience in my life. Don't waste your time hoping your tool will be fixed.

Sent my angle grinder in to fix the arbor lock. Couple of weeks went by and i picked it up. It broke immediately upon the first use, right where it was supposed to have been fixed. I bring it in again. I wait a couple of months, call and ask and they say something else on it was broken. They didn't mention it the first time, so either they're trying to scam me or it was damaged when their first repair failed. Then they try to charge me for labor on the second repair. A repair that was brought about by their own incompetence. I explain this to the repair technician and she replies, "That's the manufacturers problem, not mine." Do yourself a favor and take your business somewhere else.

Brought in a weed eater for an overhaul. When I got it home, the thing started urinating fuel! I brought it back (under their warranty) and they charged me again for labor and parts. I have no problem with the parts cost, but this should have been diagnosed when I brought it in the first time! They tell me it wasn't leaking with them, well that just tells they never started the damn thing! And Currently it idles high, and bogs down when pulling the throttle, so even their carburetor adjustment sucks! I think they half a** their repairs to get you to bring it back in so they can just charge you a 2nd time around. This place has just gone down hill; and the Karen's that work there -- wow. They argue and become aggressive and blame it on the customer!

I bought craftsman leaf blower for $100 online , after 6 month of home use, once a month ! it's stopped starting I called the warranty company since it has a warranty for 3 years, unfortunately they referred this place to me to fix it , they charged another $50 for mechanic and the warranty didn't cover the repair and I left my blower there to them as they were planned to get me to. This location is a scam, don't use them. They are stealing any customers reach them under a warranty.

I had a Warranty on a back pack blower. Bay Saw and Tool said I need to put up a $50.00 Deposit I did. After every thing was said and done. The warranty gave me my money back. Bay saw and tool said they can't give me my Deposit back. They say the oil was dirty, That Is not true. at all I used the blower 3 TIME the first time 1 hour the Second time 50 min the third time 10 min and it stopped working. I do not RECOMMEND going to "Bay Saw and tool.

I was sent here by Craftsman for a Warranty claim, I only needed an adjustment to my carburetor, I owned this leaf blower for 2 days. I bought it at Home Depot for 100 bucks. It runs but wouldn't reach High idle. They wanted $50.00 to look at it.. The last time I needed this done at another state I lived in ,the guy took it in the back, made an adjustment with a tool that that they wouldn't sell me, he made an adjustment and brought it back in 5 minutes.. I will never bring anything here or buy another Craftsman product again.. If I could give this place a Zero I would.
