I broke the blade off a sawzall I had borrowed from a friend and brought it to the shop.I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Joe and Kiersten were so professional and welcoming. So refreshing to have such amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them! Thanks again

After spending hours searching in vain for the part I was looking for, Verda referred me to the appropriate resource so I could find what I was looking for, excellent customer service and was pleasant to be connect to a lovely human being right away.
