If you want a HONEST MECHANIC, look no further!!!! This plane is the BEST! Jordan and his staff are amazing! He is fair, HONEST & does great work! I highly recommend this shop! We take all of our vehicles to him for all repairs. Again, Jordan is an honest guy! You won't be disappointed!!!!

Took my car there twice. Great service and great prices. The owner was super helpful and walked through everything that was worked on. Last time I took my car I let the owner know I had to move cross country and was taking my car with me. He made sure the staff looked at everything and got it in great shape for the trip!

I am so happy with Jordan and his team. I called Monday and was told Tuesday morning at 9:00 to have my car diagnosed. Luckily it was just the battery. I was in and out in half an hour with new battery that they had to order. Jordan was very informative and a real pleasure to deal with. I would recommend you go there.

Jordan and his team at Automotive Specialists are nothing short of an absolute Godsend. Let me take a few moments to explain in great detail why they deserve your business over every single garage in the Bay Area. I've had my 2005 Dodge Magnum R/T for a number of years and almost always do my own work on it. I am very familiar with the mechanics of my car and what kind of effort is involved in certain kinds of repairs. I found myself in a fix when I realized the drive shaft in my powerful car was literally miles away from falling clean off. This problem was clearly exhibited by hard thumping near the rear differential on acceleration. On this particular car, the entire exhaust must be disconnected and removed in order to gain access to the drive shaft for service. Unfortunately, I had neither the time nor assistance to do such a job on my own, in my driveway, on jack stands. I knew I had to find a shop to get the job done. I started calling around and sending out quote requests to various shops all over the Bay Area, from San Jose, to Fairfield, to Oakland. I knew, unquestionably, that an experienced mechanic with a lift and impact wrench would be able to knock this job out in about 3 hours. The responses I got from the nearly 40 garages I contacted were nothing short of nauseating. Half of them would not even give me an estimate without first inspecting the car (remember, you can't see the drive shaft without dropping the exhaust, so there's nothing to inspect). Others told me the drive shaft was not serviceable (wrong). The shops that actually did give me an estimate equated to 10-15 hours of work at a standardized mechanic's labor rate. For a three hour job... then, Jordan at Automotive Specialists reached out to me. He was the ONLY one that not only gave me an estimate on parts vs. labor, but was the only reasonable estimate I received by a MILE. In fact, Jordan's quote was so good I thought it was too good to be true. I am glad that I was wrong because we got an appointment scheduled and I got the car right down to Pittsburg for him and his team to work on it. Once they got a good look, it turned out the damage was worse than either of us thought -- a number of the bolts on the rear coupler had sheared off and were missing and/or damaged. Jordan jumped into action and was able to track down Mopar replacement bolts for the drive shaft coupler and allowed my car to stay at his garage until the parts came. The bolts came, they threw them on, I came on down and paid a downright bargain for a repair that would have cost me no less than 5 times more at every other garage I could have taken it to. The gratitude I have is just immeasurable. I love this car and I am the happiest I've been on the road in years now that I can pull all 5.7 liters of this HEMI down the highway as smooth as it's ever driven. I have a new mechanic for my Magnum and I'll be back at Automotive Specialists to get more work done. You can not go wrong in Jordan's experienced hands. Stop looking for a mechanic now and call Automotive Specialists.

First time customer and had contacted for quote via Yelp and informally scheduled an appointment to get rear sway bar replaced. Jordan was able to get it done by his crew the next day and took less time than anticipated. Price for labor was reasonable and job was conducted professionally. Would return as a first time customer for future vehicle maintenance/repair issues.
