“Best possible experience on a Line-X roof job for my 1993 Land Cruiser. After removing a damaged factory roof rack the spray Line-X Kustoms hooked me up with is an upgrade & they patched all 12 or so holes leftover from the old rack. I feel the pricing was very fair & reasonable at Line-X Kustoms & Accessories in Pittsburgh they went above & beyond by adding coverage over my drip/drain rail which was on my wishlist but not original quote so they said it was possible after viewing in person & only charged a little more & it came out exactly how I wanted if not better!!”

My son purchased 4 new tires from a different tire shop in Concord/Clayton a month ago and got a puncture in one tire yesterday. We took the tire back to the shop we purchased them from to inquire about a patch/repair. Not one employee offered to help me bring the tire in from my truck. They just looked at the tire quickly from behind the counter without taking it back to the shop and said, "I see you did not buy our roadside insurance. We can not patch/repair that. You will need a new tire for $180."
So today I decided to take the tire to Tred Shed for a 2nd opinion. I immediately was greeted by a friendly face, received help getting the tire from the back of my truck. Was told a repair was no problem and they could have it ready in 45 mins. Once repaired, they carried the tire back to my truck and told me to have a great day! Wow! What a difference in customer care. Friendly, fair, honest, and fast service. Thank you Tred Shed!!”

“Shane was excellent. I had a loud knocking in the wheel of my car and he looked at it after I had it towed there. He didn't actually find anything wrong with the vehicle, since it appears the act of towing dislodged whatever was making the issue. He could've easily just have said it was something and charged me more.”
“They gave me a price. My insurance adjuster agreed, and wrote me a check, less my deductible. I brought my car in on the scheduled appointment date. They handed me items from the car that they thought I might want to retain. They shuttled me back home. They kept me informed as to the status of the repair. When they started the repair, they found more damage. My insurance company agreed. They called to advise the car was repaired one day earlier than expected. I asked for a discount, since I was paying by my bank's cashier check, and they would not have to pay a credit card fee. They agreed. They sent a shuttle to pick me up. The car looked cleaned, inside and out. I was very pleased.”

“I caught a piece of metal in my rear tire. Other tire shops didn't want to fix it they wanted me to buy a new tire. But they had to order the tire and it would take a couple of to get. I live a couple of hours away from Pittsburg. I was there doing a project. Fast tires was willing to try and fix it . The repair came out great cost was very reasonable I gave him a tip. I got home later that night. Thank you for the great work !!!”

Purchased a battery in August and took it in because it died and they tested it and determined it needed replaced so I provided my ID they looked up the serial and boom brand new battery. “AMAZING PROFESIONAL JOB. I came with my SUV and I did not know how the processed worked with my insurance. They made the process very easy as they handled everything with the insurance. They were detailed on what to expect and how long it would take. Amazing customer service and they definitely did not take advantage of me. I got my car back and it was also detailed and was returned to me very clean. They even helped me install my back camera I needed to finish installing, at no extra cost to me.
