“Five star service here!!! They have the prettiest, bling sunglasses and only $10 each! My glasses are wrapped in a plastic case and you get lens wipes with it. I have very cute sweatshirts and T-shirts. Definitely not like all of the other places and a little bit different and a little bit more boutique-ish, but not a boutique price! The owner is very sweet and very personable!!!”

“This is my go to Bling shop. It’s a must to stop here every time I’m in Pismo!I had a recent interaction with Bling Boutique that left me in awe!I bought a pair of shoes from them that were teal in color and had filigree on the side. There were two different styles. One had cloth filigree, teal and black, and the other had leather filigree, teal and gray. They resembled each other almost identical.In fact, you wouldn’t have been able to tell them apart, unless someone pointed it out.Once I got home, I wanted to wear them to work the following Monday and to my surprise there were two different shoes in my box. I immediately got on the phone with Bling Boutique and explained to them what had happened. Debbie stepped in and took great care of me.She felt very bad for the mixup, (even though it was definitely a slight mistake anyone could’ve made! Look at pics).She asked for my address and sent me the other odd-matched pair at their expense. She didn’t charge me and told me to enjoy both pairs! This is the kind of customer service that is hard to come by nowadays.The Bling Boutique in Pismo Beach will always have my business, great bling merchandise and awesome customer service is what made my shopping experience so good, I had to leave a review! “Wonderful location with amazing staff! Morgaynne really came in clutch for when the groom’s dress shirt was left behind at his far-distance home and just realized an hour before the wedding started. I went to many stores but had difficulty finding the right size. She helped me find a short-sleeved 2XL oversized shirt that would fit the groom and even steamed it for us asap. She saved the day and the groom looked amazing, the bride didn’t even know until the end when he told her the story. Shout out to Morgaynne and the staff here at Calvin Klein for excellent customer service and going above and beyond to help us!”

“Ross is the equivalent of shopping at a garage sale. Each store is different. You never know what you might find, but if you look hard enough, you might find a great deal, and sometimes you might come up empty.
And the shoppers come from all backgrounds, so don't think you are above it all, because I've seen people dressed like homeless people shopping and I've seen people dressed out in labels or fake labels trying to be high class in a Ross.
Truth is, if you want to save a penny, it's time to Ross hop till you find what you need or want.”
“I came in because my strap on my purse was damaged, and Joan, the associate that was present was very very helpful in getting me a replacement one. She’s very friendly and there was no fuss and I was able to get a replacement one no problem. Would recommend it again again for the service pricing is great, and I love all the styles.”
“This was my first experience at a Ralph Lauren factory store. I was immediately greeted by two lovely ladies with great smiles. The store is very well kept and my entire shopping experience was pleasant.Stephen and Ulysses helped me purchase some Oxford's which are blue label and of great quality. They are knowledgable and helped me get set up online which saved me an additional 15%. The Oxfords' were already marked down 25%. The additional 15% off decreased the price each shirt to approximately $74.00. A great deal for these Oxford's.”

And she gave superior service right away she offered to hold my jacket while I tried on a coat then helped out another customer and I appreciate she told me there was a special so I was able to buy one and get another half off. “My daughter and I went in some time last week to finish up on some school shopping. We were welcomed in and I like that they noticed us upon arriving. There were two workers there and they made it easy to mingle with their customers and I really liked that. My daughter was looking for a size 22 in woman’s jeans and I seen you didn’t have it out on the floor. I asked the lady if there was a chance there was a pair in the back. She was so happy to go and look for us. And asked if there was any thing else she can look for before she went to the back. She came back with a size 22 jeans my daughter wanted and my daughter was so happy. We were so pleased with her customer service. She told us about the sale on the jeans for woman and the clearance as well. I felt so bad because we kept bugging her on checking prices and what clothing went with what sales. She was happy to let us know and did it with a smile. Her and the gentleman were so funny, the way she interacted with the small kids as well. At the end when she rung us up she was very polite and told us their name is Monica & Chris and asked us if and when we had time if we could leave a google review to let them know how there customer service was. And she was very honest and said if there service was not up to our standards be honest and let them know where they can better them selfs at. I love that she said that it made us laugh and I told her and Chris they were amazing and helped us out a lot. We will definitely be coming back soon. “Absolutely LOVE this store ! Everything is so beautiful, and matches my style ! On top of that the owner and her husband are amazing and super nice . My sister purchased a shirt from here , unfortunately it did not fit. We went to exchange it the day we were leaving , but they were closed . Bonnie the owner of the store across the street at “Beach Bum” informed us the owner of x-pressions just had a baby and was able to get ahold of her number us . ( also a great place to shop with amazing customer service!) We called her and left a message and just as we were getting ready to head on the road back home she called us and was able to come down to the store just to help us with an exchange . We were extremely grateful for this ! She just had a baby , and took the time to drive to the store just to help a customer with an exchange. We will never forget this kind gesture! My husband and I came back to visit a few months later for a vacation for my birthday and talked with her husband and he remembered us from the exchange we did 5 months ago, and was so kind to throw in some glasses I was purchasing for free for my birthday! Extremely kind and great people. Definitely a favorite store of mines to visit everytime !”
