Laziest postal service office I’ve ever had to deal with. Have left multiple pink slips in my mailbox for packages vs walking up to my door (I have been home and able to sign for) and having me sign. They just take them back to the office wasting my time. Not only this, but I have verified my address multiple times with them and yet they still continue to send mail back to the sender (did this with my car registration resulting in late fees). Awful customer service on their end and when I brought these concerns to James, he took 0 accountability and tried continuously blaming me. I’ve never had this many issues receiving mail anywhere I’ve lived before.
Unfortunate that I have to receive mail through them.

My mail is been delivered to the wrong address and other people’s mail delivered to me on a weekly basis. I spoke to the supervisor who advise to file a complaint and the PostMaster will contact me. Of course the PostMaster didn’t contact me but when I called him he was very offensive and unbelievably rude. I understand they are government employees and they are busy but still no need to be disrespectful. I am utterly shocked.

They are too lazy to deliver packages. Says insufficient address EVERYTIME. It's a normal address. UPS FedEx regular mail just fine. But we NEVER get our packages. So sick of it! Especially at Christmas time

07/02/23 got stalked and harassed by the USPS DRIVER, not wearing his seat belt, had the door of the truck open, not wearing his uniform. Asking me (disabled) walking her service dog why I was "recording him?"07/03/23 10:06am got a call back from Jay "post master" wouldn't let me talk. Got threatened and yelled at. Left another message of complaint.

My husband & I went to the post office on crest road in Pismo Beach. We were going in to turn in our paper work to get our passports but did not have an appointment. The gentleman #28 there was so kind to fit us in right there & then. He was so kind, helpful & professional. It took so much off our minds to get that down. Thank you for your great service. Driver to lazy to get out of car and put package in “secure location” like every other delivery service does. Guess I’ll go get it now the next day in 2” of rain! Thanks usps.

Went in for Passport Appt for newborn baby and was told baby's mother had to be there also. Did not know that. Said let me call her and see if she can come over. He said okay he will try to get us in. Wife leaves work drives over and we wait for 3 people to do their passports after us. Then at noon, new lady comes in and we explain our appt was at 1115 and we didn't know the mother needed to be there so she left work to come over and we have everything ready to do passport. She says they had full appt schedule and we would have to reschedule for another time. Meanwhile the guy that said he would squeeze us in went to lunch. Didn't even help us when he saw us waiting there. Soon as his relief was there he just left to lunch and didn't even communicate with her that we were still trying to get our passport done. Complete garbage customer service.

It's kinda an old post office but the people working there are super nice .friendly and helpful and when there is a line it goes fast. I would have given 5 stars if there was not always a man sleeping next to the door.

Called about a missing package was told they made a mistake and put it in the wrong box and that they would correct it. Called again 4 hours later was told the same thing and asked to call back in 30min. Called back and was told the same thing... guess what? I still don't have my package or an update regarding it. Why ask for your number if your not gonna use it? So I basically sat at home waiting on updates for over 6 hours and still nothing resolved and no updates after they made the mistake.

Bad!! Took my son here the first week of November for his passport and passport photos. I paid everything for expedite! since my trip is by the end of December, just received a letter saying the picture they took is not good enough since its too dark. Now I am not gonna be able to travel since I would not have a passport on time! Won't even reimburse me anything.
