“The Sports Forum never disappoints! About a month ago I stopped in Pismo before heading home and per usual made a stop into The Sports Forum. It was pretty early on a Sunday and at the time they were one of the few shops that were open. I began talking to the employee and lo and behold the employee was the owner. I mentioned to her that since I was a kid my family would make annual trips to Pismo and we always came into her shop because it was "cool" and wasn't like anything we had in the Valley. This tradition has been going on for 39 years now. I mentioned to her that since having my own son (9y/o) he loves to go in and check out the merch. He had been looking for a Joe Montana jersey and during this particular visit and the one prior, the store was out of stock. The owner was nice enough to ask for my phone number and said when they got a new shipment she would let me know. Well, she held true to her word and contacted me about a week ago. We conversed via text and I asked for shipping details, price, etc and she was gracious enough to ship me the jersey and it arrived within a couple of days. The point of this post is that The Sports Forum is unlike any other sports memorabilia store you'll fined in or out of the area. The fact that the owner went out of her way to contact me and take the time to ship me the jersey speaks volumes of her and her business. I'd shop here or contact the Forum before going to a large chain store (i.e. LIDS) for their uniqueness, hospitality and prices. Thank you again and we hope to pop in soon!”

“My daughter and I went in some time last week to finish up on some school shopping. We were welcomed in and I like that they noticed us upon arriving. There were two workers there and they made it easy to mingle with their customers and I really liked that. My daughter was looking for a size 22 in woman’s jeans and I seen you didn’t have it out on the floor. I asked the lady if there was a chance there was a pair in the back. She was so happy to go and look for us. And asked if there was any thing else she can look for before she went to the back. She came back with a size 22 jeans my daughter wanted and my daughter was so happy. We were so pleased with her customer service. She told us about the sale on the jeans for woman and the clearance as well. I felt so bad because we kept bugging her on checking prices and what clothing went with what sales. She was happy to let us know and did it with a smile. Her and the gentleman were so funny, the way she interacted with the small kids as well. At the end when she rung us up she was very polite and told us their name is Monica & Chris and asked us if and when we had time if we could leave a google review to let them know how there customer service was. And she was very honest and said if there service was not up to our standards be honest and let them know where they can better them selfs at. I love that she said that it made us laugh and I told her and Chris they were amazing and helped us out a lot. We will definitely be coming back soon.
