Absolutely horrible. STAY AWAY! I've been to some terrible motels, but this one was by far the worst. I think I would enjoy amputating my own leg more than my stay here again.The bed was interesting, It was more like laying on a sheet of warped plywood with some nails sticking out. The fact it doesn't have AC makes you leave your windows open to enjoy the sound of people using their keyfob to lock their car, while confirming it's locked 5 or 6 more times via honk. Not to mention the motorcycle with exhaust pipes that were putting out at least 120db at 2 am. But, hey, at least the cheap $10 fan they put in the corner moved enough air to circulate the moldy aroma of the hotel.In the sad excuse of a bathroom, there was a shower that had enough pressure to dampen my hair over the course of about 10 minutes. The toilet was also so efficient that you had to hold the handle down for about 30 seconds just to get it to flush.I've never felt disgusting after taking a shower in a motel, but this place really made that possible.We ended up leaving our trip early because I felt so horrible the next morning. Don't stay here. I don't even understand how they're still in business.

Smells like wet dog, mold in shower, no toilet paper, cum all over bed sheets, bed bug crawling in mattress, floors muddy, balcony had bird poop everywhere, I can keep going but makes me want to throw up just thinking about it all!

Beware! First room I got smell horrible, second room I got moved to had blood on doors, I asked owner to get moved for the third time and was told NO. If blood was overseen by cleaning crew imagine the rest. I asked for a refund and was told NO. I asked him to clean the blood and he would not. Solution was a rag and bleach which I had to clean myself. Health department will be alerted and also BBB.

I can honestly say, this is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.-No air conditioning-No heater-Bad mattress-Paint pealing off the ceiling-Bed sinking in the middle-Bathroom is disgusting-Did I mention mold-Health Department should check this place, as well as city for safety violations.

Booked a room today around 4 pm for the next day not even for the same night .. had a family emergency (death in family) tried to call and cancel at 9pm (5 hours later) the guy SCREAMED at me saying he would “blacklist me” and “I would never get a hotel in pismo again”… extremely unprofessional, I tried explaining these things happen and was out of my control and he kept saying “he has my information and I will never get a room” good thing I cancelled.. now I see why they’re $90 a night…

Sea Garden Motel340 Stimson Street, Pismo Beach.I rented a room at the Sea Garden Motel in Pismo on September 30, 2023 through booking.com. The price was $172.00The photos were Absolutely breathtaking in addition to being walking distance from the beach.However, upon checking in, the front desk receptionist told me there was a $20 service fee in which I refuse to pay. She gave me the keys for room #21, located upstairs. Upon arriving to our room, the door was wide open.The room was absolutely filthy. The room looked nothing Like the photos displayed online. The bathroom was covered in black mold, the shower was dirty as well. I felt as if I stepped into a Third World country. I did not request a refund because in Pismo the weekend rates can be quite expensive.The bathroom had only one towel. I went to the front office to get more towels, at approximately 10 PM. Only to be told the towels were in the washer. If you're looking for cleanliness and comfort, this not the place to stay. I was a shamed and embarrassed. I felt ripped off.

Dont get rm 3 it didn't feel clean . Did the job being close to the beach and walking distance to everything. Price was reasonable. Last time before this time we were in upstairs suite seemed newer.
Nearby activities: Beach pier, bowling , Italian restaurants, liquor store, hot shots ,alley cats.
Walkability: Everything is close.

If I could leave a no star review, I would. Ultimately the joke was on us for paying what we did, but on labor day weekend it was the only thing available. This place, just save your time and money and find somewhere else. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, the ceiling looked like it was going to fall in, we couldn't sleep with the window open, the screen was ripped, no ac, no ice machine, had to go to the front desk for toilet paper. And for early check in, 20 more dollars please...

Never ever will I ever stay here ,smallest box room I ever stay in . Best thing in there was a TV. the rest I would never recommend this place to my friends and family. If you don't like anybody send them there.

Would give zero stars if I could. This place is a complete dump. Advertises air conditioning, sign behind counter says no ice or air conditioning. Our room had a wet towel on the bed, an orange pair of underwear wedged under the door as a doorstop and half eaten burritos in the refrigerator, entire place smelled AWFUL. Arrived with two small dogs and was told (not asked) that I had to come back with cash to pay the pet deposit. When I promptly returned the key after witnessing the disgusting conditions we all got to see him leave his office to inspect our room...in his underwear. Complete dishonest, rude slob. Oh yeah, refused refund as well. We're currently disputing the credit card chargeRooms: I wouldn't let shelter dogs stay in this disgusting dump.

If it were possible to close down this sewer, I would they should charge no more than seven dollars a night for a room. It was awful there were crumbs on the floor and there were strands of hair in the bed. I can’t even talk about the bathroom. Do you not say here it is awful.
