Ross is the equivalent of shopping at a garage sale. Each store is different. You never know what you might find, but if you look hard enough, you might find a great deal, and sometimes you might come up empty.
And the shoppers come from all backgrounds, so don't think you are above it all, because I've seen people dressed like homeless people shopping and I've seen people dressed out in labels or fake labels trying to be high class in a Ross.
Truth is, if you want to save a penny, it's time to Ross hop till you find what you need or want.

I only go to this Ross if I’ve exhausted all other options and haven’t found what I’m looking for. It’s always kind of bare, the store is messy and not clean. The selection is just not good and the quality of a lot of their stuff (especially clothing) is just not good. I also haven’t had a good experience with the staff at all. They tend to be rude and work slowly.

Prices are the main reason to shop at RDFL. Selection varies a lot from store to store but Ross helps stretch our clothing budget.

Every single time I go into Ross there is a clerk stocking or checking that sneezes or coughs openly into the air, obviously sick but still spewing it onto everyone around them, and several have the habit of picking their ears and then looking at it, and flicking it or touching all the items the customer is getting using their nasty hands. I don’t know who decides to hire these people but please include in your training, and emphasize, basic basic cleanliness and etiquette such as covering their mouths when they sneeze or cough, use hand sanitizer, save the body part digging for when they are home. UGH!!!

Not a lot of choice items available for this visit since it was after Christmas already; still able to get a few items which were great deals for the price.
