Great customer service! They had everything we were looking for and fair pricing. The man behind the counter ringing us up was so nice with our daughter who was at check out with her seashells from their toy section. He was very sweet and it made her entire day!

My wife and I visit Pismo Beach as often as we can. We have shopped at the POINT BREAK SURF & SPORT shop before, as they have a very wide selection of souvenirs and lots of clothing. We were there recently on a Monday at about 1:15pm. We went into the store and spent about half an hour looking around before my wife selected a pair of slippers. I brought the slippers to the register. The employee behind the counter was a large male. I attempted to make small talk and he said nothing. He rang up the purchase, gave me the receipt and then began helping the next customer. The male did not put the slippers in a bag, even though I saw both plastic and cloth bags from their store on the wall behind the employee. I thought it was strange for him not to put the purchase in a bag or even ask if I wanted a bag. If we had purchased a very small item, I can see not offering a bag, but we bought a pair of adult slippers. Were we supposed to walk around town, holding a brand new pair of slippers? The male employee was busy with the customer behind me, so we just took the slippers and left. As we walked through the area, we saw several other people carrying both plastic and cloth shopping bags from the Point Break Surf & Sport shop. My wife and I went back to the shop on the following Thursday at about 5:00pm. She selected another pair of slippers. This time, there was a female behind the counter. She had multi-colored hair. As she rang up our purchase, I asked what did it take to get a bag of either type, because the large male employee did not offer a bag of any type a few days ago for our purchase of another pair of slippers. I fully expected her to tell me the cloth bags cost something and the plastic ones were free. Instead, she said either bag was free with any purchase. She asked which one we wanted and we asked for a cloth one. She then put the slippers in a cloth bag and we left with our purchase. It's not that big of a deal, but a little Customer Service with a smile in a town where tourism is key, goes a long way. Kudos to the multi-colored hair female and thumbs down to the large male.

Nice souvenir shop right next to the beach. (next to Woolys too) The shirts here had more designs than the other shops before it- and had bright colors and better prints plus you get a discount when you buy two shirts. Tanks tops sweaters t shirts were all purchased here, plus hats! The other side of the store had lots of children gear, the back of the shop had other sizes- so EVERYONE regardless of size and shape was welcomed! Bought 6 shirts and two tanks tops to bring back to the Bay Area! Happy with my purchase ?

Great shop for Pismo souvenirs. Large selection of hoodies and trinkets. Enormous size of store spans three stores with multiple entrances. We found nice stuff on their clearance rack for half off. Score! They give you a nice reusable bag with purchase.

Guy at the register was completely rude to me and my mom. We came in right when they were about to close and one of the workers said it was okay. we had a sweater that was on hold that we wanted to purchase real fast. The guy at the register threw a fit and was giving us death stares as he rang us up. Made us feel COMPLETELY uncomfortable and honestly a little scared for our lives the way he was so mad and looking at us. We won't ever bring our business there again.

We stopped at this store and found a cute dog paw magnet and then my girlfriend wanted to try on a sweatshirt so we asked one of the employees if they could help us get one down and when we got over to the sweatshirts the girl asked my girlfriend where she put the dog paw magnet more or less accusing her of having stole it. Well she handed the magnet to me to hold so she could try on the sweatshirt. At this point we were ready to leave everything and walk out. But I said I will give them a second chance and as we got to the counter to pay the employees were to busy playing a dice game and cussing about there dice game to even bother helping us. At this point I really should have left but the dog paw magnet with our dogs name on it was to cute so we waited for them to finish their dice game and ring us up. I know good help is hard to find these days but I seriously hope the owner of this place starts spending more time training their employees on customer service. Needless to say we won’t be back.

Scam artists. Noticed the price for sandals was 30$ per pair after transaction and right in front of her I said oh I didn't know they costed that much much I don't need them and she said no refunds allowed and I said she just screwed me and she laughed. I rarely leave 1 stars but that definitely called for it.

Lots of options, but watch out for stains on apparel. Custom shirts available but definitely the place to get the touristy shirts and stuff. Some of the staff members are rude however.

Best selection of beach stuff, tees, sweaters and just fun stuff in Pismo Beach! If they don't have it in your size or color, ask and they will find a way of creating it. Love this store, and it's staff...

There customer service was awful I was trying to get my daughter a toy and they were all unwrapped and dirty and they wouldn’t do anything for me and the lady was so rude about it

Typical tourist store with all the souvenirs: shirts, towels, bracelets, personalized keychains, etc. They shirts were all a cheaper material, stiff and boxy. We needed help from staff to get a hoodie from high up. The only staff walking around was a lady who seemed annoyed that we needed help. She was short, impolite, and made a rude remark. Also closes at 7pm which seemed odd.

My mom has a medical condishion and cant where a mask but this employe ran after us and sayed mam you have to were a mask but my mom tryed to explain that she couldent but cant get a singel word in and instently she said I DONT CARE

This girl told us that we could not walk a certain way to an area because of the display which we were ok with but she then walks and let’s a lot of people in that don’t work there. So finally I went to purchase the stuff I got and she told us to go around because she had just put up another display and she didn’t want us to walk about it. So we hung up our stuff and left the store.
