My experience was extremely positive. I rented multiple units over the course of a year and I found the facility to be very clean and the staff to be very helpful.

Clean, High Security, Responsive Had some issues with gaining entrance to the facility and some parking issues. Management called me personally to sincerely apologize. Would recommend this storage facility!

People running this place are fake and dishonest. Don’t be fooled. They are rude and do not understand how to run a business. Units are smaller than advertised. Try anywhere else for your own good.

If it wasn't for Layla, I wouldn't have had such a fantastic no stress experience or outcome. The stress in moving is horrible, however, she went above and beyond to accommodate us. She truly is a special person. If I had a business I would try to steal her away and pay her well! Employees like her are rare.

Clean. Yes. Secure. I suppose. Staff courteous or helpful. Not so much. Place isn't worth the headache and believe me you WILL have a headache after both checking in and checking out of your storage. Had my storage for 1 month. Checked out filling the form out re: intention to vacate before the 15th as required. Delivered my keys to office upon emptying storage. 2 months later received a check for my deposit that I could not cash. If people actually read these things my advice is to avoid this place like it was ground zero for covid.
