This store refuses to open their fitting rooms. Been multiple times and they are always closed. Not sure how you are expected to buy clothes without trying them on first.

The employee was so lazy. I came over and asked to try on some clothes, she took the key and went to the footing room and asked who's next, no one said anything and she saw 1 out of 3 fitting was used. She said:" Let's just use that" and walked away. Very poor service

Only has 1 of 4 dressing rooms open. We waited 30 mins to get in and sell person wouldn’t open other rooms because he didn’t want to clean them out he said.

I took my grandson here the other day to spend a few hundred dollars on school clothes.Ok, I get it:I'm getting old...Things aren't how they used to be...Good help is hard to find...I'm not the demographic they are after...When I walk into a business that has twenty people already in there and the three girls that should be working are all standing by the registers, laughing hysterically, drinking their over priced coffee drinks, and ignoring the customers, the first thing that comes to mind besides "poor management" is the old retail motto: "If you've time to lean you've got time to clean." This place looks like it hasn't been cleaned in quite awhile.Again, I know things have changed and not necessarily for better. The wording on a particular line of clothing, intended for younger people, is something that used to be hidden in the back room or at least behind the counter. Needless to say, I took my money elsewhere.It's a shame that things are declining like this. Trust me, it's not just an age thing.

This review is for PacSun in the outlets, but it probably is for PacSun as a whole. I returned $85 worth of merchandise 4 weeks ago and still haven’t received my money back on my card. I was contacting them back and forth for the first 3 weeks but they have stopped responding as of a week ago. And my money still isn’t here. I called the banks and there’s no issue on their end. So at this point it honestly feels like PacSun scammed me out of $85. When I went into the store they said that it was completed on their end and to call corporate. And when I called corporate they tell me the same thing every time, “We are putting your issue at the top of our list. Please allow 1-8 business hours for response.” But no response or results ever come. So congratulations on stealing $85 from me PacSun!

Not sure why the reviews of this joint are so low.. Came in a while ago and picked up these sweet jeans that were on sale. Since I moved to California I have been trying to adapt to the new swag and style these kids have. The gentleman working (didnt get his name unfortunately) worked with me and helped me pick out the perfect pair of jeans that would attract the likings of this newer generation. He told me, "This is it, chief!" when we found the perfect pair. Overall an amazing shopping experience and I've gotten many compliments from the Pismo locals.

I don't even really like their clothes besides the pants. But this 1 star is for their return policy. I returned $82 worth of stuff about 3 weeks ago and I never got the money back on my card. I've been emailing them back and forth for about a week and a half. They keep telling me the same exact thing. "Please allow us 1-8 business hours (not days) to reply." And nobody ever contacts me with anything that resolves why I'm still waiting for my money to be back on my card 3 weeks later. It's so frustrating.

After I got home I noticed that the alarm thing was still attached to my jeans. I tried calling Pacsun, but only after 7 calls did anyone pick up. The women was very distracted as if she didn't care about what I was saying. She didn't even offer to help me solve my problem. I live 25 minutes away and the only thing she said was that I would have to come in and have someone there help me. The staff there was very limited and didn't even offer to help carry my clothes. terrible people working there, acted like they didn't care about their customers and definitely made my experience worse.
