The positives were the comfort of the bed and a friendliness of the drivers. We arrived at 1 o’clock having agreed to pay for an early check in. We waited until 430 to be checked in, got to our room at five, and received the luggage we had checked at the desk at 5:30.

I love this place but this last time the front office was not very nice. We were early and tried several times to get in earlier. On the website you can pay to check in early but when asked I was told several times”mama check in is 4 pm” even though at 3:45 two parties next to me were checking in! I don’t get it! In fact the girl at the front was telling the guest “I have a fabulous room for you!” Seriously? Alicia try harder you were rude!
Noteworthy details: The breakfast was great and so was the breakfast staff. The cleaning staff was friendly as well.

My family has stayed at this hotel Many times and the service was great everyone was so welcoming, But our most recent visit wasn't the best at all the service was horrible the Manger was very rude and disrespectful as well and also racist, Never again I will stay here.

We had such a great stay! The staff was so nice and the amenities for their guests were great. We will definitely be staying again!

Excellent, everything is relatively close, less than 10 minutes, you can reach the Outless on foot, super friendly with pets
Rooms: Very comfortable and clean
Safety: Excellent
Food & drinks: Excellent breakfast and they also give a snack and drink in the afternoon

The hotel was nice and clean. We enjoyed the cantina drinks and the breakfast. It was a holiday weekend so the pool area was very busy and noisy. We appreciated that the hotel was dog friendly. The staff were attentive and prompt, although they did straighten up our room while we were gone, even though we had left the do not disturb sign on the door and they took the extra coffee packets we had asked for earlier, leaving us with no in room coffee for the morning. Otherwise, it is a place we would stay again at. It is close to a lot of restaurants and a short drive to the beach as well as right off the freeway.
Rooms: The room was clean and spacious. The curtains were falling apart but it was hard to tell and the bathroom floor was once nice but needed a deep clean. Otherwise it was a nice room.
Nearby activities: The freeway is easy to get to and close. There was shopping and food all around. The beach is a short drive from the hotel.
Food & drinks: The free evening cocktail/beer was a nice addition and breakfast was well prepared and had a variety of choices.

Had not stayed at the Oxford Suite Pismo Beach in a few years. Front desk staff friendly at check-in, and breakfast room staff super friendly every day. Had a ground floor King room close to the office and breakfast room, with plenty of parking directly behind our room. Forgot that the bathroom sinks are in the bedroom, and that the door between the living room was a noisy pocket sliding door. Figured out the rainfall shower head when turning off the shower. Some furniture a little dated, but a clean comfortable room and bed. Good breakfast and convenient to freeway. Only went to the evening reception one of three nights, but always nice to have the option. For us, a good place to stay.

Rooms are big and spacious. Hotel is beautiful. There are 2 TV's in the room. One of them had a problem. Andy from maintenance came right away and exchanged for a new TV! Only issue was our room on the 2nd floor seemed to be right over a condenser/air conditioner? of some kind and the floor of the room rumbled and the noise on and off all night long. They have a complimentary evening reception although no NA beer? They have a full bar! Breakfast was great! Lots to pick from! Staff was friendly.
