The Service is top notch! All employees are knowledgeable, pleasant, observant and willing to help. The questions I have. They are more for the corporate executive officers. Such as: why do you feel it is ok to make such a noticeable reduction in the quality of your blue jeans. Your 501's are just 1 specific example the material is thinner and absolutely much less durable in comparison to what they once were just 20 or so years ago. There was a time when Levi's were the ONLY brand I wore. This is no longer the case... I suppose that loyalty has gone by the wayside even for a great American name such as Levi's....

Disappointed in selection available in my size and my wife's size. We are average size people 33x32 for me and 8 Short for my wife. Plenty of "large" sizes and "skinny Minnie sizes on the shelf which apparently people aren't buying.Disappointed to say the least.
