“Beautiful place. My return back was even better than the last visit. Anytime I'm in Pismo and need a place to stay I highly recommend Inn at the cove! Stunning views. Amazing staff. I love this place and always tell family and friends to go. I can't wait to make return for a longer stay. Also inn at the cove was kind enough to extend our check out for a longer Stay which made my last day even better. Thank you. I garrentee you will be satisfied with your stay. My recommendation is book a room with beach front to get the full experience.”

“It’s a great place, situated middle of SF and LA, we stayed here during the trip. We enjoy the pool and hot tub a lot with other guest 7pm after a whole day drive. The rooms are very family friendly with 2 bed 2 bath separated in a room. Look forward to be back in near future with extended stay!”
“I think the rooms are a little outdated and need some updating I had a sliding glass door that was broken and I couldn't lock it some of the cabinets were loose and I wasn't able to close them. The location was great though 5 minutes to Pismo Beach great pool hot tub and we have free vouchers for free drinks with appetizers every night that we there plus an awesome breakfast.”

“This is a nice, small Inn in the middle of Downtown Pismo Beach. It is walking distance from the beach and all of the downtown activities. I stayed in a room with a King bed. It was spacious, very clean and had a coffee maker,microwave and mini fridge. The Innkeeper was very kindly and accommodating.”
“Safety: Very safe location! Bring your kids to enjoy the sand and ocean. Or act like a kid again and enjoy!
Walkability: Half a block from the beach. Worldmark is a vacation ownership so not everyone can book there. Just infront is the Sea Venture Hotel with truly Oceanview rooms with insuite hot tubs! Any time you can get to Pismo Beach is a great treat!
Food and drinks: Sea Venture has full Oceanview

“We just wrapped up our fifth consecutive New Year's stay at Vespera, and it continues to be our favorite spot on the Central Coast. The location is simply unbeatable; having direct access to the boardwalk and the best views of the Pismo Pier and beach makes for an incredible atmosphere.
As a Bonvoy Titanium member, I really appreciate how well we are treated here. The rooms are consistently excellent, and the ocean views we’ve received have been nothing short of spectacular—it truly makes the stay special.
Beyond the rooms, the property shines in every category. The on-site restaurant and bar serve great food and drinks (perfect for celebrating), and the amenities are top-notch. If you are looking for luxury right on the sand, this is the place. We are already looking forward to year number five!”

“Cute, quaint hotel with beach access but just far enough out of downtown Pismo to be relaxing. Highly suggest the delux king room, which opens to the outside seating areas and fire pits. Pool and hot tub look over the scenic beach view. Customer service was excellent.”

“I cannot afford it now, but looking forward to staying at the Edgewater Inn again. Yeah it's super old from the 1940's, so kind of like staying in living museum. Awesome location, pool and hot tub. Very friendly staff that go out of their way to accommodate. The 4th floor is off limits but you can see into it from the pool. Pretty sure it's haunted, so that's a plus as well.”

“This is our first time staying at this location. We typically stay at different hotels on the coast line but chose this hotel for its location. It's amazing because it's right on the strip.
It's across from Splash and Brad's, and it has private free parking!!! It's quaint, cute and has the best staff. Debbie and Tammy have made us feel like family! They are so accommodating. We will definitely coming here in the future. My new favorite spot. Did I mention it has security?? There is also a free coffee and tea bar in their beautiful lobby, and it shares a space with a cute little coffee shop and eatery. It's literally 2 blocks to the pier!!

Rooms: They have very comfortable beds, spacious bathroom and a fridge.
Nearby activities: The shops, restaurants, and ocean is all within walking distance. It's near everything. The pismo outlets are a 5 minute car ride away.
Safety: It's a little up location. Lots of outside lights in the court yard and 24 hour security with a lighted parking lot.
Walkability: All you need us your walking shoes and you are steps from a pool haul, pubs, the ocean, shopping and dozens of restaurants and ice cream!
Food and drinks: All of the popular restaurants are across the street and you don't have the worry of finding parking or paying for it eith free hotel parking. Harry's bar is directly next door. Splash Cafe is 30 feet out of the hotel. There is a convenient store behind the hotel. It's all at your foot steps!
Noteworthy details: Book it. Don't hesitate. I'm so blessed yo have found this spot.”
“This is my go to hotel in Pismo Beach whenever I am visiting for vacations. The staff are very friendly and it’s more of a high-end Motel 6. I can’t complain it’s a very comfortable and relaxed area with a beautiful view.”

“We needed a place to sleep for several days that was close to family for an emergency. I was able to book last minute for a great price. Everyone was so nice from check in, the cleaning ladies to check out. We weren't able to enjoy the pool this time but it was nice and clean. For everyone complaining about the A/C not working, it's posted very clearly upon check in so if you don't like it you don't have to stay there. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely be back.
