Grand awards finished a large order of plaques in a very short time. I greatly appreciate them and will be using them again!

They were very helpful in the store while I ordered a plaque. Promised to send a draft of the language being used on the plaque in a day or two. Never heard from them again. Called and so far they have not been able to find my order. Waiting to hear the resolution and hope I was not lost in the shuffle. Contact was Pauline.
