Honestly way better than I had hoped! Amazing location and views. Rooms are very clean and cute. Right on the beach and boardwalk. Owner is very friendly and helpful. Hidden gem!

A nice motel right on the beach, great sunset, we received a very friendly welcome and were able to check into our room before the actual time. The rooms were okay, it was clean, clearly a bit small and perhaps outdated. Make the best of it, it's definitely worth it :-)
Walkability: You can get everywhere easily on foot
Food & drinks: I can only recommend The Break ;-) great

Love that the beach is right there close to the shopping strip , and little porch to relaxed and watch the people with both kids and dogs walk by.

The rooms are not kept up. Water pressure is weak and there were broken panels in the room. The shower was super tiny and the toilet stopped working. Lights kept flickering. Don’t come here not worth it.

Staff was kind, very close to the beach, and many restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean. Great place to stay in. Has a place to BBQ if you don't want to eat out.

Always ask for a RECEIPT.Got a room here, for 112$. The Deposit was a 100$ extra the next day the cashier said the deposit will be back to us in 2-3 days Checked the bank transactions later the same day. The hotel charged us 500$ called the hotel they said they didn’t charge us that amount of money and can’t help but the bank confirmed it was the hotel charging us that 500$ now to get the money back the 500$ that the hotel wasn’t supposed to charge. We have to talk to bank.
Noteworthy details: Always take ur receipts of any transactions with the hotel will save u a lot of headache later.

Stayed for three nights. This motel is great. Friendly staff and great rooms. The best location for all the attractions. Manager very helpful with ideas for dining and local attractions.

Nearby activities: If you are here between November and January the Pismo Beach Monarch Butterfly is a must

We come to Pismo often, every birthday, anniversary, and random getaways, too. For the last few years, we've exclusively stayed here because you can't beat the location, considering both proximity to the beach and all that Pismo Beach has to offer.
This trip specifically, we were checked in by Ellena (glad Mike got to take a vacation!), and they had made notes about us being frequent visitors and that we normally stay in the ocean front suite. Well, this trip we had just booked a single king room, so when Ellena heard it was one of our birthdays, she offered us the upgrade to our favorite room!
I love experiencing appreciation for loyalty and feeling as valued as customers as we value this amazing place being here and the way they keep working towards being better all the time. Their service has always been top-notch, and the renovations they've done over the last several years have certainly been noted by us.
They know and we know we will definitely be back time and time again!
