A BIG shoutout to Shane at Couch Potato! A few years ago we purchased some sofas at Couch Potato and recently our new puppy chewed up some of the recliner cords. We called the store to order new cords and Shane told us to come on by to pick some up at no cost. Now that's customer service you don't see anymore!!!!!
