The service was just okay. You would get help if you looked for it. Lots of items without pricing on them. There were sales promised online that were not there in the store.

I really take advantage of the One Day Deals. I buy great items at reduced prices. Great for Christmas presents. Always very helpful staff.

I wiuld give Bug5 Pismo Beach a 5 star review if all customer service staff was like Lucas... engaged, friendly , professional, warm greeting, eye contact, knew the inventory and where it was located... I give Lucas a 5 star shout out!!!
