The location is wonderful. Walking to downtown, the pier and the boardwalk. Our room (The Aloha) had an extra large balcony and great view of the OcWe had a wonderful visit in the Spring. The weather was perfect. Having said that, there is no air conditioning and Pismo can get warm in the Summer.

Amazing rooms and views. Our balcony has a partial beach view but is absolutely amazing and we got a amazing deal on the room.
Rooms: Rooms are really spacious, very clean the bed is comfortable and also has a pull out couch and a twin pull out bed.
Safety: Has gated area for 1 vehicle

Unfortunately the room had no screen on the door to the patio so flies and gnats flew out in. Management knew about it but their solution was we not them needed to put out jugs of water to keep the bugs away?! Seriously?! No discount or move us to another room. Why would you put someone in a room you wouldn’t stay in? We’ve stayed here before twice but won’t be back. Obviously going downhill.Walkability: Close to beach, shops and restaurants

Excellent location! You are steps away from Pismo pier and beach. Back of your alley is Splash Cafe and all touristy shops, restaurants and within 5 min walk is Old West Cinnamon Roll.Rooms include a kitchenette, a full refrigerator, 2 stove tops, a full microwave, and a good-sized sink with all your cooking hardware and eating/drinking utensils. The bathroom is spacious with a window and exhaust fan. Loved the patio deck. It was large enough to hold 6 people comfortably. Included a round table with 4 chairs and a comfortable bench.The staff was friendly and accommodating during our stay. For little ones, they have boogie boards and sand toys to use if you forgot yours in the parking garage. You can also leave your beach toys for the next family to utilize as well. We left a boogie board and water tubes. I thought that was awesome.If you want to enjoy Pismo Beach with family and friends, this is one of the best hotels suites to stay in.

Quite older place that has been well kept. Don't expect someone in the office much. Great ocean view from our room.

We stayed in the Sea Turtle suite and really enjoyed it. It's a quaint little motel, and to be honest it's missing some of the minor amenities, but the proximity to the beach and shopping area of the pier MORE than makes up for it. I would definitely recommend the Beach House Inn for families if your looking for convenience.

Great view Great food good service. They have amazing out door seating with an incredible view and indoor seating with a great bar and TVs with sports on. The food is good. There is plenty of parking, but it's not free.

Stayed for 2 nights mid-week and was extremely happy with the room, the view, and the manager. Dezra was very helpful & accommodating. The room was clean & had everything a person would need. Considering everything, the price wasn't bad at all. We will definitely be staying there again.
