Appalling behavior — this place doesn’t deserve your business. I bought food at this 7-Eleven and returned to my car to eat and make a reservation. Within minutes, the owner came storming out, waved his hand at me like I was garbage, and barked, “LEAVE!” I had just spent money there — I was a customer, not some loiterer. His attitude was hostile, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. No one should be treated like that, especially after giving a business your money.
Avoid this place at all costs — don’t reward rudeness with your wallet.

It is a tight space for a parking lot and a gas station but inside atmosphere is clean. RV and campground near by. Everything is walking distance

Woefully understaffed and nothing about the parking lot, sidewalk, or entrance are wheelchair-accessible. They also do not have public restrooms available despite what it says on the Google Maps page and there doesn’t seem to be any way to suggest an edit for that either.

person in charge tried to cheet us out of 50 dollars in lottery ticket wins. when challenged, tried to defend his calculations. Beware, don't shop here. This is not the first time we questioned the amount of winnings. Check your change!

This 7 11 is horrible....I paid $18 for gas I was never able to get...guy behind counter clearly does not know what he is doing... There were 3 people after me that also paid with a debit/vredit card AND they also were unable to get their gas

What I think is that customers should come in and see for themselves. Everyone had a chance to stay some choose not to. Some did not want to confirm with new rules. The owners are a nice young couple who are trying their best. They have brought in new merchandise and the store is spotless. I have worked here for 5 years and we do our best to please all people. I know if you come to me with a problem I try my best to solve it. I am one of the morning shift and would be glad to meet you.

Super sketchy gas pumps. No lights, no cameras, no tap to pay. I would not use my debit card here for fear of skimmers.

Under new ownership. The new owner came in and fired 90% of a great crew. Lied about why he was firing them (probably so they can't file for unemployment). Do not shop here. Boycott this store because they don't deserve the great Pismo community.

The two legal terms coming to mind are: Fraud and Bait-and-Switch And over something so stupid. Firewood. Advertising firewood at the front door labeled as "Red Oak". Nice dark firewood. After paying for it you suddenly get redirected behind the cashier and forced to grab "Pine-Eucalyptus". When questioning you're being told "it's the same". "It's mislabeled". And then let's just repeat the same answer over and over so it must be true. Just by looking at it you could tell the difference between the wood. And the label was the clue for people that couldn't see the difference. Then get other local customers involved who don't even know what's going on. And according to the 7-Eleven employee Ace Firewood from Arroyo Grande doesn't know what they're doing and are mislabeling their firewood. I gave up explaining it to them and continued loading my ice and firewood as I was voicing my disappointment for them to try to make it look like I was the problem. As I'm loading my car in the parking lot she even made a 911 call to report I don't know what. That an unhappy customer is loading the items he paid for while exercising his right of free speech. Blew my mind that the employee was that clueless.

I am a regular customer. The associates are always happy, helpful, knowledgeable and have very positive attitudes and always help. Their maintenance, custodian and product stocking guy is the best! He alone raises the entire place up an order of magnitude with his wit, personality and overall fantastic attitude! He is probably responsible for gaining more than 70% of the regulars who are always stopping back in. Give that man a Raise!!!? It is over all the best 7/11 on the Central Coast!???
