I couldn't be happier with the service and professionalism of these guys! Michael called me almost the second I hung up with Subaru Roadside Assistance, and told me he'd turn around from his way back home to help me out. When he and Skyler arrived, my car was balancing at an angle on the ledge of a steep incline, a precarious situation you don't see every day, but they knew exactly how to handle it, and pulled the car out on the first try! Skyler even jumped into the driver's seat to help the prices from there — risky business. The guys were exceptionally polite and friendly, and set a wonderful tone to the rest of an evening that almost ended badly for me. Thank you guys!

I wish I had something nice to say. This company was contracted by Divines Property's employee named James to illegally tow a car with out even a one hour notice, without a warning, without anything. Then trying to contact company, keeps saying there 295 number is forward to a cell phone voicemail box that has not been set up. Then yesterday I finally got a hold of someone and they tell me to call back during normal business operations and on line it states that's 24 hours a day. Dives property is responsible for this preditory tow and when I called a lady named Kandi to get information on who placed the contract and other info, she states I'm harassing her. (GO FIGURE)!!!!!!! It's almost like a grand theft auto business going on here or a chop shop. Yes Michael was semi professional the day I walked up in them hooking up my car, but going by laws they should have dropped it with a drop fee and then when I was removing my items from car, one of them grab my keys without my knowledge and removed the main key for my car without my knowledge. That's stealing!!!!! Not gonna go out like this. I will post the outcome of everything when finished.

SO GRATEFUL for Lewis and UpCountry towing. He was incredibly communicative and helpful, made me feel like a friend was here to save the day. My experience with UpCountry was absolutely top notch. Everyone from the owner handling my frantic calls to Michael helping load up our truck to the AMAZING Casey who drove us through whiteout conditions to make it home safely. When our 4wd went out in our truck in a crazy blizzard, they did everything they could to try to SAVE us money - like attempting to bring us chains first. When that wouldn’t work, they held true to the original price quote from a few hours earlier when the weather wasn’t as bad. I will recommend them to anyone! Call them first!

Michael was our technician and KNIGHT IN SHINING ARMOR!! Our roadside service quite possibly is the worst out there and of 7 companies called to help us only 1 agreed to help, UP COUNTRY! After being matched with them it was just a few minutes that we received a call from Michael to let us know he was on his way from Pioneer (about 2 hours away). He was so kind, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and concerned about us getting home safely. What a nice young man. We were very grateful for his help and honestly well worth the 2 hour wait! THANK YOU MICHAEL! Blessings to you and your family.

Hands down best experience getting my vehicle towed. Up Country towing was dispatched to my location by my insurance company and they were great from the phone call to the driver both were very nice to deal with. Originally was 2 hours out but the driver and I believe his name is Michael, young man I believe he said he was just 22 years old went out of his way to get to my location within 30 minutes and was very nice and down to earth. He even stopped along the way at the parts store so I didnt have to find a ride the next day. I offered him a tip for being so helpful but he declined and said thank you. Sorry for the review but I highly recommend up Country towing. Thanks againService: Car towing

I was completely blown away by the excellent service I got from Up Country Towing (assigned by USAA). The office communication was great. They let me know who was coming and when. They also checked with me that it would be okay that they help out a stranded motorist on the way to the location of my vehicle, which would delay their arrival by an hour. It was fine with me and very professional of them. The driver Michael arrived on time after driving through bottlenecks in Tahoe and over a mountain pass. His equipment was clean and well maintained. And what a driver! Michael did things I didn't know were possible. At the dealership he had to drive through a jam-packed dealer lot with multiple 90 degree turns to get to a remote lot. And if that wasn't enough, the only available spot to drop off our cargo van required Michael to back up down a long and very narrow lane with cars crowding both sides. I'm not exaggerating when I saw there were places where there was less than a foot clearance on each side of his rig. I would have cried and run away, but he seemed to be having a good time. Throughout all our interactions he was friendly, personable, professional and a great communicator. This was an outstanding experience all around for me!
