Steve the owner is great. He provided the best customer service you could wish for. Steve also made himself available same day to address my emergency late on a Saturday afternoon. His rates were also much less than one of his competitors up here. His competitor also had been charging me in the past for a 1500 gal tank when in fact my septic is only 1000 gallon. Thank you Steve!

I experienced an emergency septic issue and called Steve from Septico. The professionalism Steve displayed was exceptional. Steve arrived at my home within 20 minutes of calling him at Septico, which was also shortly before he closed for the day (a Saturday at that!). He diagnosed the problem, connected me with a plumber, and had the issue repaired and resolved within an hour's time. I have lived in our rural community for several years now and have never had such prompt service from a local provider. Thank you, Steve, for your outstanding service to the community. I highly recommend Septico!

Last night my husband and i noticed that our septic was leaking. I looked through a few local companies in hopes to have someone come look at the issue and came across a few that really let me down. After doing some more searching i came across Septico. I cannot express how thankful i am that I found Septico! Steve was awesome and came to my home the next day to save the day! Five stars doesn’t come close to the amazing services my husband i received.

I called Steve to come empty my tank on my trailer and it was full and he was there within a couple of hours, he had one stop before mine and he was there right on time very prompt and he explained everything to me about my septic tank, things i had no idea about. If the rating chart went to 10 i would give him a 10 instead of a 5. Anyone who calls Steve will not be sorry he had me taken care of within 30 minutes at th most. He also did my sister and bother in laws house septic a while back and they also were very happy with his service and for a more reasonable price than anyone else around. And his little mascot Holly is the most adorable little miniature dashound that rides with him she's as cute as they come. Very well done Steve, I would recomend you any day of the week. Great service! Called back in 15 minutes, showed up an hour later and cost $75 less than the other local company that said they couldn't come out for another week. Also, he did a thorough job of cleaning out the tank. Friendly, professional and prompt!

My septic tank was backing up on Saturday 9/17 and I needed it pumped ASAP. I called Sweet Pea, closed. I called the 24 hour emergency line for Foothill, nobody scheduled for this weekend. Finally I called Steve at Septico and he was at my house 3 hours later. I was beyond impressed with Steve's professionalism and promptness. I will be calling him in the future and I encourage others to do so as well.

Septic system (tank) was full and overflowing. Tenants could no longer use toilets. Septico arrrived the next day and pumped out a very compacted system which was very time consuming and difficult. This lasted much longer due to the impacted tank until dark. Owner, Steve, even met me later that evening, after he had gone home for the day, and loaned me his "electric snake" so I could unclog leach line from tank the next morning. Very friendly and courteous service. Was not charged for emergency service, overtime, and use of snake. He charges at least 20% less than his overpriced competition that has become accustomed to being the only "game in town/county". I highly recommend this service and encourage everyone to utilize it. You will be very happy you did!
