Driver never showed <3 miles away from their shop marked as towed my vehicle I lost a toe from triple A They never showed Up and got paid for the job ATR our liars And fakes and should not be in business When I called ATR to ask about it the lady on the phone was very rude and standoffish And I was very polite

We were traveling near Sutter Creek when the back wheel on our truck came off. We are so thankful for our driver, Dale, who worked so hard to secure a very challenging situation. He was on the pavement in 100 degree heat in the full sun going above and beyond to safely transport our truck to the wheel shop. He was also very very kind throughout the process. HUGE thanks to Dale and Amador Towing and Recovery for saving the day (on 4th of July too!!!)

Needed a tow today... Eric showed up in the allotted time..very professional and awesome!!!! Totally recommend to anyone who gets stuck and needs a tow!!!

I had a great experience with ATR. AAA said 75 min, they were there in less than 15 minutes. I called to let them know that I was going to call AAA ahead of time and they were on it.

I had an absolutely horrific experience with this company. We booked them to offload a 40ft container off of a stepdeck in Volcano, CA. They assured there was no problem and would be on site @ 1pm. At 3pm they were a no call no show, so I called to get an update. The dispatcher assured me the driver would be on site in the next 45 mins to an hour. An hour later they called and stated they were not going to pick up the container. When asked why, or why they did not have the decency to even call to state they weren’t picking this up when I had literally spoken to them an hour prior, the dispatcher got real nasty and rude and hung up on me. Stay away from these people. They are extremely rude and unprofessional and won’t show up. Had they simply told me they could not do the job, I would have spent my day looking for a legit company to handle this for my customer, instead of being strung along by them all day. Do yourself a favor and take your money elsewhere, not worth the headache.

Eric from ATR went beyond just doing an emergency tow this Saturday on HW88 (18 miles away from kirkwood ski resort). He not only made sure our Audi Q7 was towed carefully, he made a point to ensure that my family (including 2 small kids) were safe & taken care of. Even after his job was done. He called other tow companies that were part of the AAA network to see if someone would be willing to tow the SUV & the family back to Bay Area. He also texted me to see if my family reached home safely. Hope to meet him next time skiing with him, rather than needing a tow!!

I called to follow up on a tow early this morning and Anna was extremely rude and then hung up on me. I then called back 4 times and she rejected each call. Terrible experience.

My Jeep Wrangler had a rear flat today I called and Levi was there within 1/2 hr. He went above and beyond to help me. He was super knowledgeable and kind. If you need towing and road service I would highly recommend ATR! Thank you LEVI !
