“I would highly recommend coming here! The owner Michael is nice and the store is really clean. All of the clothing was sorted by color and it was very well organized. We liked looking through all the racks, all of the clothes were great quality and there was something there for everyone. The prices were also extremely fair. I will definitely come back the next time I am in Berkeley!”

“Oh Sparkly Ragz how do I love thee...let me count the ways! I can't even remember how I found them. But it was through Facebook on one of their Facebook Live sales during the peak of COVID in 2020. Sooo glad I came across them. They are a quite consignment and exclusive boutique. They sell new, used, like new, and handmade items. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. I've gotten purses, jackets, scarfs, jewelry etc! Both new and used. I've loved almost everything I've purchased. I tend to buy through the Facebook Live sales they do. And rarely make it into the store. If you're in the area worth stopping by, if not worth taking the trip! Good people and great items!”

I got two stylish shirts in great condition for $5 a piece, and Amberina also provided high quality advice about personal defense and being careful in the city. She mentioned that soon she will be reorganizing to make room for local artist to sell their works in her shop.”
“My husband told me about ism but I would always stay in the car instead of going in. I figured...since he never came out with anything, they must be too expensive...boy was I wrong. He finally convinced me to go in "to just look". I came out with a shirt, hoodie and a skull cap. They run a little small but they are very high quality clothing, the sweats are very thick and soft. The prices are much less than I expected. I actually need to go back because lately I've been wearing my hoodie 2 times a week...I absolutely love it. So warm you can go without a coat. The no pressure customer service was great. I'm only giving 4 stars because my husband would always go in but come out with nothing. They don't carry his size. He's normally a 2x because he's so tall but 3x would fit better when it comes to ism clothing. I would love to surprise him with something from ism...since he turned me on to them...sooo please consider larger sizes. See you soon...”
“Today I stopped in because I saw these beautiful tree of life necklaces. The sales associate was so lovely. She helped me find the right size (we ended up going with a set of earrings) and was showed so much patience as I carefully made my decision. I also bought an adorable wrap dress from India with a fabulous print. I can't wait to wear it this weekend. It's right next door to the Post office so I can wait to make my weekly visits to check out their new stock!”
“Quite simoly, one of my newest favourites.. The sheer confidence of someone making oversize but comfortable clothing with prices that reflect both maturity with class. This is the brand's flagship and original store an I am a fan. This store is better stocked and more varied than the Palo Alto store. I found the Russian sales woman very smart, honest when some colours did not suit me and well informed about other brands that I may like. Bryn Walker is a wonderful brand.. not for the faint hearted.. oversized and timeless .. very distinctive and tres tres chic..”

The store carries clothing and accessories across various price points, and the fact that my two daughters and I (all with very different styles) can all find something here says it all. The customer service is always amazing, they take the time to help you find the very best options for your style, event, budget, etc.”

“This is always a shop I enjoy visiting when in the area. They have such a great selection of funky and classic clothes and their sale racks have reasonably priced pieces from brands such as Johnny Was. I would say overall, this is a high-end store, so expect to spend big bucks if you're not only checking out the sale racks outside. The staff are friendly enough and make sure you know that their clothing looks good on you.”
“FIVE -STARS hands down!!! Alana is amazing at what she does and when you meet her you'll understand why. She is so beautiful and sweet, She knows how to make things look beautiful and perfect. I have been getting my lashes done there for two years now and not once have she failed to exceed my expectations, Till this day women ask where I go to get my lashes done. I have sent friends, family and co-workers to her. Alana will come early for me If I need them done right away , that shows how hard of a worker this woman is!!! “It was my first time here and I could not have asked for a better experience! I make it a point to shop small and local businesses as much as possible, and Pink Arrows has definitely made my list of go-to boutiques! I came in just to browse and not really looking for anything in particular. But after finding a whole bunch of Agolde jeans in my size, I headed straight to the fitting room where Michelle helped me out. She even picked out a few suggestions similar to the jeans I had already picked out. She is absolutely amazing! Great service and she does it with a smile. You can definitely tell the ladies who work here enjoy their job! This shop has a great selection of clothing, and they're a haven for all kinds of denim! They're denim wall is unmatched, and they carry various brands including Agolde, Joe's, Free People, and more. All that considered, their prices are generally on the higher end. Even so, I think the quality of the items you're getting and the cost per wear end up making shopping here worth it. I happily walked out with a new pair of jeans, and I can't wait to shop again here soon!”

“Such a lifesaver! I made an error and didn’t print enough shirts for a group event through an online t-shirt printing vendor, so I started scrounging the internet and calling every local business. The only person who answered my call, and could reasonably accommodate my request, was Kelley here at Skillz Recognize Skillz - the turnaround time was within an hour and a half! Just because it was a rush order doesn’t mean it looks rushed either- great quality! I highly recommend this business and will remain a customer from here on out.”

“Came by the other day and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of things in this small store, and the wonderful service. The woman who was there that day helped us find different belt sizes, and let me try on boots. She was very kind and welcoming. Good prices, and amazing quality, quantity, and variety of items. From footwear, jewelry, figures, cooking supplies, clothing, ponchos, hats, belts, workwear, ceramics and so much more. I attached some photos of what was there that day. “Just had a great visit to pick up a new pair of Equestrian pants (11 y.o. pair is still wearable but snug now). This brand isn't cheap, but 11 years for something I wear often? Amortizes pretty well. Margaret helped me and was just as kind and charming as she's been on previous visits. Great shop w/ lots of interesting accessories, too.”

I always find something for everyone on my list - and I appreciate the range of price points. I actually find that their merchandise is much more reasonably priced than what you find on 4th street. If you're looking for high quality candles, scarves, cashmere sweaters and gloves, jewelry, a swank leather jacket, baby gifts, unique socks, hip reading glasses - even luggage! head over there and feel great about shopping local!”
“I love this shop. It's so unique and well laid out - with amazing, high quality, special/beautiful items, such as clothing - all displayed beautifully, and appealingly. I've bought indigo jeans there, T-shirts with cool designs, as well as fragrances. These purchases will last.I have always gotten so much thoughtful, positive guidance from staffperson Frances.
