I went to this bank a few minutes ago. I waited for 45 minutes only for the representative to tell me that I had to make an appointment first. I had called customer service a day prior, and they just told me to go to the bank, it was never mentioned to book an appointment. Not only did I waste time, but the representative was rude, condescending and he had the audacity to look at me up and down in a judging manner. This is unacceptable and I dare say that this Latino representative should not be in Wells Fargo serving other Latino customers as I noticed his bias right away. I have been a Wells Fargo customer for 23 years and I have never this level of awful customer service.

These traditional banks sucks , they take our every dollar in a second when it comes to withdraw our own money they need time to get that money . That’s is so stupid being a billion $ bank .

Wells Fargo Bank does not value their customer's time by closing multiple banks on Saturdays causing long lines. This is a quote written on their wall by their founder Henry Wells that says: "We have one very powerful business rule. It is concentrated in one word: COURTESY" He is rolling over in his grave seeing his customers waiting over 30 minutes outside in the rain to make a simple deposit.

Terrible customer service. Teller kept cutting me off whenever I had a question. She had her manager come over to help her and when I asked what the problem was ( they were not being communicative with me) she started shaking and pretty much shut me up as well, lol.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. The office manager here is Victor Mercado, and although this review is not for him specifically, it is regarding his weekend staff. As a former banking manager and Wells Fargo client for over 15 years, I waited over an hour (along with other clients) for service to OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT, which many bankers are there to do to provide SALES & SERVICE. The bankers obviously wanted to leave for the weekend off because once 12pm hit, the said to u "who said you'd get helped today?" As if we weren't sitting there for OVER AN HOUR. Definitely going to try to take this to corporate. Pls get bankers who actually care about having a job! Terrible service

Horrible experience. Very understaffed, very rude management, very long lines. Inappropriate employees, I may speak Russian, but I can tell when the workers are hitting on my boyfriend. Management just laughed when I told them I wasn't comfortable with it. AVOID!

I find it hard to believe that one of the largest banks can not afford to hire more than one teller. Don't come here if you value you're time because they sure don't.

Slowest bank I've ever been to. They had 2 tellers at 4pm. I was in a hurry and waited for a banker, because I had to change my pin. Then was told, by the manager, that I needed to stand in the teller line! The manager had a bag of food in his hand so I think he was anxious to go eat lunch. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Some of your reviews do not seem to be focused specifically on this location, but on Wells Fargo as a whole. Please grow a brain (I know it may be hard for a lot of you, but trust me... it ain't impossible) and keep your reviews for the LOCATION, not the organization as a whole.

Wells Fargo Bank has an ATM inside that can withdrawal $1s, $5s, and $20s. You don't need to go to the teller to ask for $1s, $5s, and $20s. The line on Saturday is out the door where the ATM are at. Hope people know you can just go inside straight to the ATM that withdrawal $1s, $5s, and $20s.With Panera Bread being next door it is a must to get cash at Wells Fargo. I eat at Panera Bread way too much and withdrawing cash at Wells Fargo.There is no complaints about Wells Fargo. People need to know to just go straight to the ATM instead of waiting in line.

Always a line, they can see a line forming out the door and no effort to address it. It will be only one teller working when there are 3 people laughing in back…please work on this
