Employee Hugo was very polite, pleasant and professional, but most of all very knowledgeable of Verizon’s product. Which was very impressive, enhancing my purchasing experience as a new customer.
The store was very clean and the choice of music was enjoyable.

Horrible experience here. This isn’t an official Verizon store, it’s just a third party retailer who has horrible customer service and charges for “accessory fees” on trade ins that are explicitly against Verizon’s policy. Visit the official Verizon store down in el cerrito. The automated bot will reply to this review asking me reach out to Victra, who never respond to any complaint emails.

I had an appointment for 4. Got there around 3:45 and there was a sign on the door that said out to lunch back at 4:05. That wasn't terrible but they didn't come back until 4:45. On top of that the young man who assisted me had difficulty with my particular needs. He was pleasant and it all worked out in the end but I can't give more than two stars. Also, when you call the phone number for the store you actually talk to somebody at a call center who has a heavy accent so probably isn't in the USA. They were of little or no help and in fact messed up my attempt to schedule an appointment so I ended up scheduling the appointment online.

Terry and Yugo are the best..Terry even helped me to sync my phone to the car as he was on his way to lunch...I truly appreciate their expert knowledge and ability to explain this age of technology to seniors like myself. The entire office has a tone of excellence. THANKS AGAIN!

We went in to return some Verizon equipment. The sales associate made us wait for 20 mins just to tell is that they couldn't help. They directed us to a different store. Also, the store smells stale for some reason. Like really old fast food.

We bought a new iPhone from this store and transferred 3 other lines to Verizon, but we received the worst service. We needed help transferring lines but guy helping us did not appear happy to help us.He did not inform us how important the transfer pin was, so I had to call my old carrier for another transfer pin when he should have informed me to write down my transfer pin in case they needed it again.Then for a second line, we found out that the store rep messed up and did not fully transfer the number from our old carrier.Got tired of the sloppy service so I went to different Verizon store who treated us much better. However they had to send us back to our old carrier to obtain another pin. So we went to our old carrier’s store and the rep also treated us much better even though we were leaving them.Long story short: If you need Verizon help, drive further to another Verizon store. I will from now on.

Shout out to my guy Terry who helped me trade in and purchase my new iPhone 15, which I am currently typing this review on. Terry was super friendly and knowledgeable! He made great recommendations about which iPhone fit my needs and which accessories to accompany my new phone. He’s a great employee and Verizon is so lucky to have him! Wonderful spirit and amazing energy from this guy!!!! Will highly recommend any person in the market for a new phone to specifically ask for Terry. :)))

Terry, was a wonderful salesman well informed of the Verizon products I asked about. He was honest, patient and very knowledgeable. I immediately knew I wanted to have Verizon as my cell provider after his exceptional service.
