Employee Hugo was very polite, pleasant and professional, but most of all very knowledgeable of Verizon’s product. Which was very impressive, enhancing my purchasing experience as a new customer. The store was very clean and the choice of music was enjoyable.

Terry and Yugo are the best..Terry even helped me to sync my phone to the car as he was on his way to lunch...I truly appreciate their expert knowledge and ability to explain this age of technology to seniors like myself. The entire office has a tone of excellence. THANKS AGAIN!
