My parents decided to drive to “Big O Tires” in Pinole, to get this fixed at the almost closing time of the shop. My family and I, were very blessed, that it was still time to get this fix.

“Excellent service with a friendly and efficient staff. Price is also very reasonable and they are honest. I requested my tires be rotated. When it came time to pay it was explained to me that the tires did not need to be rotated so they deducted $60 off me bill. Never in my life did a repair shop ever lower my bill. Also, they provide uber to and from the shop. I will be using Letcher from now on.”
