Got charged $3.95 for "computer use" after I emailed them 3 documents to be printed out ( using my phone and not the computer). The lady who assisted me used the computer to access their email but I'm still wondering why I was being charged for a computer I never used. I went back to ask why and they explained that each ups store is privately owned and well, that's how much they were charging here. To pay $4 because one of their workers used the computer for 5seconds....It's a Ripoff!!A few days ago I had 11color pages printed at the other location ( in San Pablo) and paid about $6 for it.The ladies who work here are very nice tho...

Love this place. Most of the staff greet me by name, ALL staff are friendly and polite. Most of all they are quick helpful and efficient.

The only thing I really use UPS for is returning Amazon packages now and then and I've been to this store a couple time and got in and out relatively quick. There's never been a line here that I've seen, not to say it doesn't happen because other UPS stores I've been to always have long lines. But so far so good. Glad to have a place like this I can run in real quick, get my receipt and be on my way, which is how it should be.

We've been here a few times for notary services. Sunday was our agent we had assisted us during our two visits. She was professional, knowledgeable in documentation. We felt totally at ease and it's a great value without the worry.

My absolute favorite UPS store. Always great costumer service, punctual, quick, patient and the best personalities. A great group of people work here and they always have good music playing so if you do have to wait, the music helps.

UPS is UPS and these stores are franchises. Never had any real issues with shipping, but why does the store in Pinole & Fitzgerald still require masks? It is WASTEFUL to wear a mask for 10 mins and throw it out once stepping out. 36+ months since Covid and old Biden says the pandemic is over. This store needs to think of the overall environmental impact. I hope the owner of this store sees this comment.

So, as the pandemic comes to an end and masks are no longer required in medical buildings, hospitals, dentists or special care units, this place still requires a mask to drop off a package. As a person that has lost loved ones and has what feels like the worst time in my life I try to move past what the pandemic brought mentally and physically to me, my family and the world around me. This place is a constant reminder of the life lost in a horrible time. Let it go! Let us move on without your constant reminder of misery.

Always ship my kids packages from here. DeMarco has great customer service and very friendly. It's always nice to walk in to good customer service, friendly staff and quick deliveries.

I walked inside to drop off two of my packed and labeled packages. Right as I walk in the lady was so rude, demanding me to wear a mask. I walked over and said I was just going to leave my packages because they were already set go. Then she said "don't leave those packages here, I can't promise they will even be processed". As I was walking up she told me to get away. I told her I didn't have a mask, she said there was some in front. I just walked out at that point. The masks that were up front were in a dusty basket and taken out of the box, exposed. I would have probably ended up getting sick by wearing one of those gross masks. Save yourself the negativity and walk to the other shipping store

I love this location I don't remember the young ladies name that always helps me but she's very personable. The only thing that gave me pause was the way the manager worded her request for me to wear a mask. It was more like a command. "We still wear mask here and there are some right there on the counter!" I have no problem at all wearing a mask. I wear one all day and simply forgot. But tone and wording is everything. How about saying. "Hi we still are requesting everyone please wear masks. If you don't have one we have some available on the counter. Thank you so much" Possibly she is irritated because there is a sign at the entrance requiring masks. But approach is still important

I will never use this business again. There was a heavy set young man working there that was disgustingly rude. Not sure what his problem was with me but he continued to help three people that came in after me and all I needed was a couple copies. I even pre-sent them to the store already so all he had to do was print them out and charge me. Then he singles me out and tells me I need to put a mask on, which I have no problem with. I understand that every store has different rules I guess. But the kicker was when this kid told me to go stand over by a computer. Then this kid starts helping a lady that came in way after me with all her Amazon returns and doesn't make her put a mask on. What the entire FU@k?! I told him after he helped the first person after me that I was on my break and all I needed was my copies. Why didn't the other people that came in way after me have to wait the way I did? He completely wasted my time. Of course I gave my business elsewhere. There is a Staples right down the street and they were so kind there.
