I frequently visit this Starbucks for client meetings and it's a fantastic spot. The service is always exceptional and the atmosphere is ideal for a casual business setting. What’s more, it’s a great place to come with my dog, adding to the relaxed vibe. I highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant place to meet and enjoy great service.

Very bad customer service!!!There was an older Caucasian female worker who was taking orders in the drive through who was being rude giving me an attitude as soon as I began ordering at the window. I had asked for my pumpkin loaf to be warmed up. I leave the drive through thinking everything was done correctly. Then as I park I notice the loaf was hella cold. I go back to the drive through and tell her that they didn't warm up my loaf. The worker sighs and tells me to bring it to the window and they'll give me another one. When it's my turn to the window the freaking lady says "give me the pumpkin loaf" as she is gesturing me to give it to her. I hand it to her and she just laughs. She needs to be fired. Never coming back to this Starbucks!!!

This Starbucks has a drive through, so don’t try to go inside when it’s busy. There are like 10 people frantically working behind the counter, but my order got lost in the hustle. There is an okay amount of seating inside.

This Starbucks Cx Service is amazing..staff of young employees are always smiling and courteous.Cons: Bathroom is often-even early morn when just opening untidy supplies usually empty and not clean.Lobby is vanilla, doesn't offer charging for Laptop work.There's always business related materials, papers, schedules, invoices laying around counters which is reflection of the potentially poor management.

Parking: Located in the lucky’s shopping center. I purchased the grande vanilla sweetcreme nitro.Service is really good. The drive thru is always busy so expect to wait if you are going thru the drive thru. The store is very busy in the morning and weekends.

10/4/23I ordered a single espresso from Pinole California Starbucks on Fitzgerald Avenue via my APP.After driving away to work in San Francisco, I began drinking my espresso.After I arrived and parked my car, I went to swallow the last of my espresso.I noticed something floating at the bottom of my cup.I dumped out the last of my espresso on the ground and there was a worm.I called Pinole Starbucks and informed the manager.I asked her for the regional manager phone number which she provided.I called Regional Manager Pete at415-350-4276 informing of my experience.I also sent this photo via text to him of the worm I noticed floating in my espresso.Pete never returned my call.Pete never replied to my text after I sent snapshot of the worm I found in my espresso. The next day I bought deworming medication from CVS. I also spoke with my MD. After over a week of waiting for Pete to return with a courtesy call, on 10/23/23,I contacted Starbuck customer service. Starbucks customer service reimbursed me the cost of the deworming medication which was $30.00That's all Starbucks customer service feel you are worth when they attempt to poison your digestive system.
