I had a very disappointing experience with this rental agency. Their customer service is poor and they discriminate against Latinos. Despite only requesting a viewing and not submitting any application, I was unjustly judged based on my supposed credit score, which they couldn't possibly know. I have a good credit score and meet all the rental requirements, but their discriminatory attitude and lack of professionalism have left a very negative impression. I do not recommend this agency to anyone looking for respectful and fair treatment.

Scott Maskell is the Realtor/Property manager from heaven. I am/was a absentee owner. He managed my property for five years giving me total peace of mind. When it came time to sell, he also made that process as painless as possible. Scott is a real professional and a pleasure to do business with.

Wasn't Impressed by the housing, this place is known to be rodent/roach infested. do not decide to live here. it is a endangerment to your family's health. Need to be condemned

Scott from Sobrante Hills Realty has been a joy to work with on multiple situations. He sold three homes for us and got a lot more than asking price for all three. We were very happy with his professionalism and go-getter attitude. One of our houses had caught fire and was an absolute disaster. I would definitely recommend him! He is 3 for 3 with us!!
