What the hell happened to the store. They must have changed owners.There used to be 2 employees that knew about beauty supplies. The employees now are clueless about EVERYTHING. They also used to have different pricing structures, now it's only the expensive items.They need to get someone in there that's able to help customers.

The manager Cristina at this store 1848 at 2:54pm . I pay my account of $30 with $50 and she never gets my change. She was very rude and even left the store yelling at me. just because I asked for my change that she decided to charge me when the amount she charged me does not appear in my account it is not fair that after taking my money I still have to tolerate the manager Cristina coming out of the store yelling at me and being so rude to me when I am a loyal customer of this store. I just want my change that is sad to me

Went earlier this month for Christmas shopping, the manager Christine has veins full of ice and the worst customer relation skills I’ve ever encountered. She is the sole reason I won’t be coming back to this location.

I found what I couldn't find at Ulta. I haven't been to a Sally's in forever. Like from back in my Wet-n-Wild wearing days. I came here to look for something and there were a couple of people in front of me in line. I did ask a woman about a product and she helped me to find it. It was weird, because there weren't a lot of people in the store, but the checkout process was longer than expected. But the person helping me was quite nice. She actually went into the computer to find out if they had the item and where it was located. I was worried about purchasing and she told me that I could return the product if not satisfied. I'm satisfied, so that's not an issue.I don't know if I'll be back for anything other than the one product that I purchased. Actually, I'd probably call and ask for a hold or purchase to pick up. I'd hate to get all of the way out there and find out that it was on order or that they don't carry it any more. But for that one product, that I haven't found anywhere else, I'd come here for sure.

"Sally's" is staple for hair and beauty products you might not easily find at the other big name beauty stores. They don't have as much inventory as they used to a few years back. But the store is clean, organized and easy to shop. The many times I've shopped there, the employees are usually courteous and knowledgeable about the products in the store. They closed the Sally's in my area so I have to kinda go out of my way to shop at this one. I'm glad this old staple is still there!

Aside from supply issues they are now out of my product on a regular basis.I had to order color on their site. Do NOT order product(s) online. I am still waiting for items and it's been three weeks. I paid $5.95 for shipping. I called and they said it 'should be here' today. If not, I have to give it three more days and then contact them.

I’ve been a customer of this location for years! Coming in on a weekly basis. Had an issue with being able to return and item that I purchased 48 hours ago in addition to the reduction in all professional discounts. You need a new store manager with better social skills. And they have no staff so you’ll be waiting in line no matter what time it is. I’ve tried being nice and it doesn’t work. I’ve made several complaints and now I’m writing this review. Save yourself and go to a store with better adequate service.

Bought some clippers. It had hair in it when I checked it right after purchase. Went back trying to get an exchange , but was denied. Worker was cool, but manager wouldn't accept it. Everyone saw the hair. Wasn't trying to argue just wanted to simply buy my clippers and leave. They claim that it is brand new so what's the issue with swapping it out with the same exact clipper from the back. Didn't have the time or energy to waste on some dam clippers so here I am. And fyi I buy the good stuff

I don't understand these people not giving this store a good rating. I've always had a good experience there. I always go when a Christine is working there she is super friendly and very knowledgeable. She is extremely helpful with me. I don't know if I would go in if she is not there. Maybe you all would have a better experience if Christine is there. I know the workers can make or break a store.

Rude staff. Came to check out and employee behind the counter with pink hair blatantly ignored me, looked away and started talking to another employee. So incredibly rude and unprofessional.
