I have been a State Farm customer with Rick Chalk for more than a decade. I can't think of any other firm that provides such outstanding customer service. About 99% of all phone calls are answered on the first ring, and Jenna (Rick's assistant) is very knowledgeable and super helpful. I have found it very easy to make changes to my policies whenever necessary. I give this firm my highest endorsement.

I'd with Rick Chalk State Farm agency for over 3 decades I don't have good experience for past years almost planning to change agent. but, surprisingly I talk to Jenna Moran today, she had a very pleasant voice with polite manner also volunteer offer me different options for our auto insurance. I would give her thumb up. please keep up the good work, because at the end insurance company is part of service field with right attitude can be turn in to a successful business.

I have been with Rick/ David's office since I was a teenager. Since I've recommened friends and family. Jenna and Jackie are truly amazing. I am always extremely busy and they take the time to really memorize all the important details surrounding my aaccounts. Rick is extremely knowledgeable on all lines of business and does not hesitate to provide the best products to meet your insurance needs. The staff and Rick are always super responsive and pay very close attention to detail.

I've had Jenna as my State Farm Agent contact for almost 30 years and have never had an issue or negative experience. She is incredibly knowledgeable about all my insurance needs--home, auto, personal property, etc. She returns all calls promptly if she's not instantly available and is very patient listening to my concerns, invariably solving the problem or issue efficiently and professionally. I have referred several friends and family to Jenna and all were extremely grateful for the contact. Can't say enough good things about her. She's the best.

JENNA IS AMAZING!!!I've worked with her for many years and she knows her job inside and out. 99.9% of the time she has an answer to my questions and If she doesn't know she's on top of it and gets back to you immediately. You are lucky to have such a dedicated, friendly, knowledgeable and all around FANTASTIC employee. She makes my life easier knowing I can count on her and she explains things thoroughly.
