A few years ago many tow companies would sell vehicles that were never picked up or crush them or sell them for parts. I JUST called Pinole Towing to ask if they sold vehicles. The man that answered was EXTREMELY CURT & RUDE! "NO MAM." he said. This is NOT a car dealership. IT IS A TOW COMPANY." I began to respond with, " I realize that Sir, I was...." Before I could finish he Hung up with a Loud Bang! I don't care how good of a reputation Pinole Towing has, it is not appropriate to act like that simply because one asks a wrong question. If he had stayed on line he would have found out I have other business that they could have helped me with...

I was coming home in the freeway when i got a flat tire. I called pinole towing since it was the closest and they have amazing service! They changed my tire super quick and were very nice! I definitely recommend if you need quick and good service for emergencies on the road!

I got a flat tire in the middle of the road. I called pinole towing and they were quick to respond. They were very quick to change my tire and the workers were very nice! I definitely recommend you give them a call whenever you get stuck on the road or need a quick tore change or service

Caught a small piece of metal in one of my rear tires this morning. Not a great start to the week, but it was made a bit better by Ray from Pinole Towing. He was attentive, punctual, and change out my flat in about 5 minutes. Really can't ask for more than that. They are linked with Square so you can pay with a CC and they might already have your email on file. Thanks again Ray and I will use your services again should the need arise.
