Terrible custom service. Rude customer service rep, would not provide assistance for a low tire.

Always great service and they will let you know the issue before proceeding so you won't be shocked with a huge bill. Victor is great along with Jarvis. They go the extra mile picking or dropping me off the Bart station because I live in SF. I've been using them for over 20+ years.

Went there for a replacement battery, discovered it's not an 'authorized' Goodyear Service Center.
