I went there to use the dog bath. Got the extra two washes when you buy six and a cute little coin holder. Towels were ample. But a large ratty looking dog was blocking the entrance and kind of scared my dog...people are so dumb. Anyway. Be careful in Vallejo/Pinole leaving valuables in your car. Ok this time but have seen the results of smash and grab nearby. It also bugs me that I can't pick up an emergency bag of Eukanuba there. Sucks.

I love this place very friendly Help. You won’t stand more than two minutes waiting for Help. If you look lost. They carry the very best pet food possible for our love ones. They’ll take back food if your pet doesn’t eat it. (I never tried an empty bag, so). They let you know of deals without asking. This store is very clean even with the DIY pet grooming stations that are clean as well that are also very busy. Awesome store

Love the staff you're very helpful and my dog love them she's been coming here since I got her when she was 10 weeks old and now she's 10 years old. The staff has changed but their service and kindness hasn't.

I did post not too long ago a not very pleasant review about the dog washing area. I m glad that somebody read and did something positive about it. I went back again to the Pinole location again and experienced the change the cleanliness & the positive customer service provided, I was happy to spend my money in support of good business ethics as a local resident I want to support your business give me the service that comes with it. Love coming here for the dog wash. One coin gives u 30 mins of wash.If you have a really furry dog would recommend to spend most of the time in the drying phase
